My Thoughts

I started my PE journey, beginning of 2018. Now although I am not a science person, I like to approach PE in a scientific manner. Now when talking about PE, there is talk mostly about time, routine, consistency, intensity, etc. However, from the start I noticed a few aspects that were covered less or not as much as the others. Knowing these could be beneficial to newbies.
They are the following :

1. Form - I dont think I have heard anyone talk about this except dld himself in one of his videos on youtube. When we talk about form it differs from exercise to exercise for example its more complicated probably in girth exercises as opposed to length ones. Sometimes correct form in simple or more advanced exercises is not mimicked by those practicing it, hence they might be missing gains.

2. Intensity - This is more talked about. How much force or how less force, how you should feel, etc.

I for one focus greatly on my form and intensity - my entire routine is focused on doing my workout properly (the grip, tension, timing, etc.) or if I am distracted by something, Id rather do it as long as I can focus for and cut my routine short or not train for the day, instead of doing it half arsed.
Many times I heard people say they stretched but didnt grow for months, or that they did PE for a year or more with no gains. The question is were they using the correct form ? Was the intensity sufficient, was the grip appropriate ? Many will give it a tug as much as their grip permits, so if the grip is bad - the tug / tension will not be sufficient. Many might pull harder than necessary, thus restricting future gains or injuring themselves

I am talking strictly manual exercises - if using particular devices is complicated enough to have different forms thereby altering results, then it would be applicable to that as well.

I don´t know much about girth but since I started my newbie routine with Lengthmaster 2 months ago I always try to feel with my fingers if my Tunica is stretching from the inside of my body so when I do Straight Out to the Center I can feel the stretch from the inside and it is very intense (half of your penis is tucked away inside your body and attached to the pubic bone.) something that I can´t get with manual stretches.

As far as form, after your penis get conditioned using LM it is easier to dictate your stretches. It´s very difficult to maintain a good form manually because of slippage and cramped hands.

I have gained 0.4 inches in 2 months using LM.

I completely agree on the part where stretches are a problem due to slippage and cramped hands, off late ive been facing that problem.

You see why the penis devices are needed.
 
Training form should take precedence over other aspects like intensity and volume. Not only will one get a lot more out of an exercise performed in good form, but the risk of injury decreases
 
Form and Intensity are the 2 factors that may cause some men slow to no gains. If not using the proper form you will not be getting the benefits of the original exercise. This is easily solved not that the Members Paysite is now free, simply look up the exercise and watch video too see form. Intensity is tough to get across as everyones idea of intensity may vary. Users should use as much intensity as possible without hurting themselves. This should be slow and gradual as you work up to your max, maybe over 7 days. Once there continue to increase intensity as needed.
 
Is it possible that using too much intensity slows down gains ? Heard of people complaining that they used too much intensity too soon which caused their penis to harden, thereby resulting on slow to no gains.

The tunica is the stubborn tissue. You need to make bundled stretches part of your routine. You will keep gaining length as long as you are doing bundled exercises. I read a few times where a few people said they didn't gain because they used too much intensity. Well, I'm gaining and I use the amount of intensity my body can take.

The Tunica is the most dense part of the penis and to break it down it is so important to do Bundled Stretches.

    @Toutdoudou I went to various nudist beaches in the past as well, and bathhouses or hot springs all over the world where all sexes were welcomed. This was both indoor and outdoor. If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
