Started PE in 2016 , on and off. Here is my official thread to track progress and gains.

First 2 weeks LENGTH and GIRTH
Stretching Routine:
5 Minutes Bundled Stretches
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Apply a pea size portion of hydrocortisone cream. You will do this after every length workout, this will keep your skin free from irritation and stretchmarks, spotting, etc.


Girth:
5 minutes doing Bundled Stretches
100 strong, upward, erect jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong, downward, erect jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong, upward, erect jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong downward jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq


Supplements:
test support
Creatine
Bcaa
Myovite multivitamins
Glucosamine
Fish oil
Flaxseed oil
L-Arginine


Starting measurements: warm
5" circumference, 6.25" flaccid Bone pressed

2016 gains (I think) were erect 6.5-7"

One ongoing issue is turtling, especially when focused on work or at gym.

I am loving your routine but I do have some additions that may speed the process for you. I would add in expressive stretching, at least five minutes per session. I also highly recommend that bundle stretching is done before every workout for about five minutes. It is also important to get in 10 minutes once or twice a week of erect stretching to help close the gap between flaccid bone stretch and your erect bone pressed. Lastly I would like to see you include the testicle health massage and stretch. These items will benefit you in many ways.

I don't own an ADS so I've been doing this as a sort of poor mans version.

You can go a few different ways as far as healing is concerned. There are a few methods that will work in healing the penis In a elongated state. I will go from the most effective down.

SiliStretcher
The SS can be worn 24/seven. It’s very good with both giving gaining intensity while also providing healing intensity. Many men wear it to bed through the night to get an extra 7 to 10 hours of lengthwork in. So it is the best device in both areas gaining and healing.

ADS
Most other extenders are not suited to wear through the night. But any extender you can wear during the day with light intensity to bring healing. You say you have a SG , you can use that to heal. I wouldn’t suggest anything more than an hour at a time.

The VLC
The VLC is an attachment that is used for the SG . But it can be used solo as a light ADS . Wearing it through the night is an option for some people but be very careful if you’re going to do this, set alarms through the night to be sure you’re safe.

SiliSleeves
Sleeves
are a great way to keep yourself extended while healing. They can be worn up to 2 to 3 hours but I would check yourself to be sure in the beginning.

Ace wrap
This is the oldest method and the least expensive method. If doing it correctly you can hold a wrap for a couple of hours before returning good blood circulation. Some men wear it loose to sleep with but I’ve never had that kind of success. But I have use this method extensively before any of the other methods above were available.

I'm shooting for 2 hrs. I've noticed with ace bandage he (the general) gets cold, so silisleve has helped, but noticed as turtle happens the sleeve can bend/ kink/ etc. My wife is 1000% supportive of the process and even went food shopping by herself so I could have " excercise time"

It’s a wrap or a sleeve you’re going to get a cold head it might even turn purple-ish. You can be in the state for up to an hour without issue. After one hour return good circulation and rewrap go for another hour.

Yes I was very impressed with these sleeves when lightning told me they were ready. They just allow for such hard-core work. The only sleeve that you can really handle more than 10 pounds worth.

Tell me when you started you had a penis that tortures all the time like it comes in it will be too small at the level of flaccid
 
Update, durasleeve is definitely worth it. More rigid and new size fits better than previous silisleeve. After a few weeks it does tend to get deformed a bit, so I tried storing it on one of the wifes toys. Some kind of chemical reaction, oops. Ordered new one today
