jelg for 5 minutes and had trombone veins changed my diet to eat meat and had to deal with this may have to stop
eating it all together and go to my fruits and vegetables it's a tough lifestyle were you have to go market can't eat fast-food wich is more convenient.

Well, a healthy eating habits doesn't mean you have to exempt all the fastfoods or prepackaged foods. I still indulge in a few hotdogs, burgers, or monster tacos and chili cheese fries. Just don't make a habit and eat them every day. For me, I like to prep my own meals at home. Yes, fresh fruits, veggies, and freshly prepared ingredients without the preservatives are pretty hard to do on a daily basis. But overcome that challenge and make it a habit is also very enjoyable.

Believe me I know it's hard whenever we switch from something. We're comfortable with and switch to something that's not so comfortable. I changed my diet about a year ago and my body looks great and I think I have no fat pad. Always keep something to snack on If you're going for one meal a day.
 
I went from three meals a day to one. Since i went with this method.I have lost about forty pounds and now I can see all the muscles in my body. Be sure also to keep a bag of nuts and raisins to snack on while you try to do this method. It's also important that you exercise every day.

I'm assuming the 13 hg is because of conditioning

The reason I was asking is because I think there is a point at which the tissues reach a restructuring point and heat accelerates this, similar to how bundles prepare the tissue or breakdown the crosssectional portions of the tunica to then accelerate growth

Heat also helps get you there faster

And I was just wondering on the
Preworkout warm up and
Warm up with heating pad on the pumping session portion

I think 15 to 20 minutes should suffice but if it doesnt bother you then maybe leave the heat for the session

This is what a PE power trainer is.

Just letting you know that my colleagues are following your posts. We've been discussing methods to evaluate specific natural or synthetic (but safe) compounds to combat your tissues using studied cases. They're still a bit baffled at the moment of how dense or resilient your tissues became.

Their questions have been the same for the past 8 months:

"What's the linear gains, if any, on a monthly basis?"

"What's the EQ level before and after each routine, from the 1st minute to the 15th minute during sexual arousal?" They're concern about the blood vvessels because the stress loads added through angio-therapy from the jelqs. The constant positive-negative fluid pressurization through the penis, normally around 500 per day, is more than enough for angio-therapy. But they're very curious about the 1.5K to 5K results as the blood vessels can be strengthened for EQ through upper loading of angio-therapy. Some coined this as angio-genesis.

Okay. This is what we've suspected as we discussed based on your posts so far. So, take it with grains of salt when you're reading these recommendation from us.

First off, we always talked about thermal application at body core temperature. However, because your tissues are so dense now, your collagen type I (the stiffer type) is higher than the collagen type III (more elastic). This is why you're not breaking. So all of us express thermal incline from core temp to as high as 110F. It's going to be quite warm. Go higher if you are comfortable and it doesn't cause heat irritation or scolding. This is an approach to upper thermal remodeling to increase stretchability beyond the normal level. When you have stiff tissues, your collagen cross-linked structure becomes stiffer, harder, and less stretchable. This is where you are now. Application of longer and higher temperature allows to break this hard tissue plateau before the LM routine. The longer the application of heat during the routine, the more pliable the tissues are under the load stresses. How long to apply heat? It can be anywhere between 2 minutes to as long as 15 minutes. We don't have a sample of the tissues to observed under the microscopes or to perform pliability stretch test to determine. Yeah. You don't want to chop up your penis for this purposes.

A few of us suggested heat application with shockwave therapy application. Funny enough we've been discussing about shockwave therapy between 2Hz to as high as 44MHz. The suggestions went as high as 55Hz, which is the range of any particular massage pistol/gun, using a cushioned U-adapter. We've been pooling our brains together on literatures about LiST devices and even conventional shear stressing motors that can cause micro-mechanical tears. The data actually backed up by urologists and physical therapists on stubborn cross-linked soft tissues, providing softening and malleable fibrosis (harden tissues or even scarring tissues). We agreed that the method of heat and mechanical shear stresses can provide micro tears for fibroblast turnover. This can provide more elastin and type III collagen to form and renew.

While breaking down old harden tissues, we came to a conclusion that you should "deload" from any static weight traction, which is hanging. So, no more hanging and LM3 for a wee while. You can use the pump, but no more traction load, besides keeping elongated under very low traction load. Two of us suggests the use of extender less than 1kg of traction load over the LM or hanging.

How long should you be doing this? It's a split between us. Half said to start out for 3 months. Half of us said to go as far as 6 months. This allows a full deloading. Just like DLD, he stopped with the high loads for a while, and then slowly went back up. This is a confirmation from all of us.

You can do thermal therapy, follows by shockwave or just plain old impact therapy, standard jelqing with very low traction application to get your blood flowing, and promote a soft tissue collagen cyclic turnover. Brother @kriskros actually experienced this collagen turnover first hand.

Now, in terms of pharmaceutic application, if you're interested, many brothers have done so in the past, including King Snake. Of course, research like crazy before you even use them. First is the nitric oxide modulator, which we all talked about: L-citrulline. Use of retinoids at the surface level, and the highly absorbable one. There's a low-level and a moderate level of retinoids. Pick one that you think it's the safer choice for yourself. Youc an go as far as using hyalonidase to soften the cross-links of the tissues at the surface, or go extreme with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) for direct injection at the lower skin level to maximize fibroblast turnover using your own centrifuged blood.

Going even further into the extreme, my colleagues were requested to help their clients with epidermal growth factor (EGF) and fibroblast growth factor (FGF and FGF2). This is heavily used in Japan, Korea, and China for various beauty reasons, but the amount of soft tissue regeration and hyper-growth were and still are observed. It may be for facial, check, and breasts, but nothing stop the men from using them for their penises. Plenty of traffics in the Asian forums on this matter.
