Starting Measurements

NBPEL : 5.75"
EG : 5.5"
NBPFL : 2.5"-3"

Desired Growth

NBEL : 8"
NBFL : 5-6"

I'm only after length at this point but won't complain about any girth gains. Also if really like my flacid length to be longer simply out of comfort. I'm like ballpark 3" right now and I get bad turtling when doing anything physical hence why I like the Silipro so much right now

Routine:
I work shift work so my routine changes week to week so nothing is set in stone.

Bundled Stretches
Mandingo Stretches
1+ hours of hanging in silistretcher 2
Silipro while awake and not stretching for healing 12+ hours
Silistretcher 2 connected to shoulder strap around foot while sleeping for under tension stretch while sleeping. Trying to work my way up to 6-7 hours of this but as of right now I wake up after 3-4 hours and have to take it off and am too tired to re apply it as my sleep and time are limited.

This sounds like a very good start to a solid routine. I understand that you have a schedule you need to work around but you have chosen some good exercises and equipment to use that will bring gains even with an erratic schedule.
 
Most people use Cortisone cream for moisturizer here, I have for year but recently switched to a coconut oil based moisturizer and that has worked very well too.

Busy month with work but consistency was 75%. Going to try to be more consistent with manual routine. Ads and hanging were the majority of this month.

Super happy with my durosleeve for my silistretcher 2, I've put this thing through the ringer and it keeps on ticking. Started to get a little deformed around the bell but forgot it in my truck for a day in 30c heat and it returned to its normal form. Anyone have experience in using hot water to return these sleeves to their original shape without damaging it?

Pretty much just a reference point this measuring session. Hopefully more obvious gains in another month, cheers.

That’s a big improvement that new sleeve! We keep getting better and better and I’m so glad you’re noticing.
 
Getting back into PE and going to try and hold myself more accountable to get the gains I've always wanted.

Routine as of this week

8 am - 1 minute in each direction doing bundled stretches with lengthmaster followed by a shower

Use either Uncle Jims Wrap or silistretcher attached to ankle brace from hardcore belt mod while sleeping for anywhere between 1 and 2 hours before waking up due to discomfort and removing. ( Anyone that has suggestions to maintain longer please let me know )

3 pm wake up and attach silistretcher to ankle mod for 3 - 4 hours. I adjust tension based on how good of a pull I feel around the base of my penis.

7pm - 1 minute in each direction bundled stretches using lengthmaster followed by 30 minutes of hanging roughly 3 pounds ( should I go for.more weight with such a short hang period?)

8pm until 7 am wear Uncle Jim's Wrap off and on throughout the night at work ( as consistent as I can, I do labour work so sometimes it's all night others it's a few hours. The removing and re applying is annoying for me because I don't really have consistent access to a washroom so I have to re wrap kina hidden. If anyone has ideas how I can improve that let me know)

So that's my plan so far and obviously looking primarily for length gains. I wouldn't mind getting another half.inch to and inch in girth too so I'm contemplating getting a hydromax or something to help that along too but not too sure yet.

Also all measurements are the same as previously posted

if you can handle more weight definitely up your weight. I like the idea that you’re concentrating solely on length this will give you incredible focus and bring growth so much easier. And when you start to approach your length goal at that point we can work in a girth routine.

Much easier way to keep yourself elongated is using a sleeve. With a sleeve you won’t have to wrap so that will save you from the frustration. You could also use this to keep yourself elongated while sleeping eliminating the issue with the SS becoming uncomfortable.

If you’d like I could help you with your routine because I’m seeing some places where there can be improvement. So if you want to work with me one on one let me know when we can get started.

So yesterday I started my new routine that DLD custom made for me based on my goals, time, and equipment. I'm very excited and not gonna lie a little overwhelmed but up to the challenge as I realize like anything you need to take the first step and overtime everything will fall into place with consistency.

Last night consisted of

Power Assist Stretches utilizing my lengthmaster

Power Assist A-Stretch

Power Assist Base Twist Stretch

Power Assist Body Rock Stretch

Power Assist Bow & Arrow Stretch

Power Assist Double Handed A-Stretch

Power Assist Down and Out Stretch

Power Assist Rocking Stretch Video

Power Assist Side Fulcrum Stretch

Power Assist Sling Shot Stretch

Power Assist Tunica Fulcrum Stretch

3 sets of each stretch for 60 seconds

5 sets at 60 seconds of Expressive Stretches ( I'm not sure I'm doing them 100 Percent correctly as I'm gripping behind my balls from the base)

I was only able to 3 hours in of using my silistretcher attached to my.hardcore belt in the left, right, and upward direction before having to head to bed for work in the morning. I did wear the silistretcher and ankle attachment with the new silisleeve all night for 5 hours of sleep I got before work.

I'm currently wearing my ace wrap at work for up to 12 hours and at some point in the day I'll be doing 150 kegals and testicle massage after work. Then back to doing power assist stretches tonight.

I will adapt the plan as I need to as my day changes due to life and family but try to be as consistent as possible knowing something is always better then nothing

Perfectly laid out my brother! I’m so glad you worked it into your schedule with such expertise. Now I look forward to this journey of you growing. I’ll be watching every day so please update every day or I will be coming after you LOL
 
So last night after work I did my power assist stretches, all exercises and I struggled a bit. Not sure if it's because of my length or my angle and grip but on a few of the exercises I felt I wasn't getting the right stretch and mind connection that I should. Also the head of my penis was sore from the constant pressure of squeezes and stretches which made it a little uncomfortable but I powered through it reading my body. Just something I need to get used to doing. Followed up with some expressive stretches

After that I did 3 hours in my silistretcher with my belt. I'm down an hour due to my schedule and trying to fit in all my other stretches which i think is fine as I wear it all night too.

At some point In the night I got uncomfortable and had to take off the stretcher so I don't know how long i had it on for.

In the morning I did my lengthmaster routine and kegals at work while wrapped in my ace bandage for 12 hours.

So far though my time frames are tight I feel confident I'm fitting in everything I need. The only struggle I feel I will have is fitting in erect stretches as I'm worried Ill give in and that will take away from my time and workout.

thanks for the update my brother. It sounds like you’re getting a lot of work in and that’s a good thing. I understand your schedule issues and don’t sweat it, just be good with how you get everything in. If you can’t get in a full session cut it back to a half session. I want you to adjust the routine to what works best for you and your schedule.

Erect stretching should not take that long I only gave you ten minutes 3 times a week. If this is too difficult cut it down to five minutes. As you said you want to read your body and make adjustments according to how you feel. I hope that helps

I feel that my flacid hang is already slightly lower which is great but could be from a variety of reasons, also I'm pretty much always wrapped up or in a stretcher so not much time to compare beyond my short breaks with them off

Still positive and looking forward to a month or more from now to take some measurements. I am doing my best to fit in erect stretches, I struggle to stay erect without stimulation and with that comes the urge to finish so it's been my hardest battle as of yet.

I'll be heading home on my days off soon, so I will be having to adjust my routine to life at home with family and I'm sure that will bring its own hurdles but I look forward to the challenge
