Hi there.

10 year ago i did some PE, maybe gained 0.4 inch, then i dropped it after i plateaud

I started again by september 14th 2018
BPEL 7.24 inch (184 milimitre)
MEG 5.2 inch (132 milimitre)

Started using a jes extender for 4-6 hours a day, and plateaued after 6 week, had gained 0.2 inch (5mm), but for the next 4 week gained nothing and made a 10 day break. I blamed using too much tension but not many hour.

Resumed using a different extender that allowed me to use it more hours (penimaster), lower tension (600gram)/12 hour a day.
seemingly this broke plateau and 2 weeks later i had advanced 0.1 inch but developed a different problem because of the vacuum cap creating swelling for hours, can cause the tissue around my frenulum to become fibrous and had to stop using it til i heal.

SO, i had to start learning the basics. Should have started here.
Stretches, jelq, kegel. ok.
So I re-started by 22 december 2018 (3 month after i started), having gained 0,3 inch so far, no more.

My routine is
Basic stretching, using all the strength i can, A-stretch, kegel, and extending with strong tension in the Jes , like a torture rack for 10 mins, then use the extender at low tension as healing tool for 3-4 hour a day.

20 days from then, i gained 0.1 inch more.
So as of now, i gained 1cm length (0.4 inch) in 4 month.

Stretching is frustrating. Seems so slow progress, like trying to stretch a metal cable or a tendon.... tunica/septum is not ellastic at all. It´s too tough. I think tisue may respond better to constant tension but applying it cut blood flow or create fibrous swelling, etc....

over these days manual stretches, i noticed a steady lengthening of the bone pressed Flaccid stretched length, but this seems like not translating to erect at same rate.
My stretched bone pressed length pre workout is around 21cm and post workout it can be 7mm longer.

So by now
BPEL 19.5cm
MEG 13.7cm
and this only happens when the EQ is on the verge of explosion.

I only want length.
However I tested kelq, dry jelq, bathmate, and clamping just ocasionally, just to test it, and in these 4 month gained 0.2 inch in girth... this happens almost unintendedly just because of the technique testing... so i stopped as i fear girth may hinder length progress. Is this the case?

So i have a problem here. The 12 hour a day with low tension broke a plateau easily without much effort but seems damaging to the superficial tissue and even causing wounds. and the jes extender cant be work 12 hour... too painful.
So should i just stick to manuals? i bought lengthmaster but used it only few days, the stretch is brutal but as penis is alive tisue, and responded apparently good to low tension, helping me break my plateau, i wonder if it´s good idea to to pull it strongly or should I try different techniques to apply low tension again?


Anyway, any advice about length would be welcome
i am 1 inch away from my goal. Is this possible? seems impossible to gain half.

Your immediate goal of an extra inch is 100% attainable, and since you're familiar with your body and PE, this shouldn't take an overly amount of time/effort. My results are due mainly to using my modded X40 on a daily basis, and have achieved both length and girth increases from it. My theory is that any/all forces placed upon your body will increase size in every/all direction. Breaking a plateau requires a different approach than the one you're currently employing, but since you seem to respond best to low tension over a long duration, maybe try finding a way to make this a more comfortable experience. MOS recently rolled-out their SiliSleeve and that may be a good place to start. Also try a dab or two of coconut oil to help the skin stretch more easily. I'll be testing the MityVac soon and that could also be an option...stay tuned :)
 
The Lengthmaster sounds like just what your asking for with those manual stretches. The hands will never be able to do what the LM does. Anytime someone gets to a plateau in manual PE the next step is to break that plateau in the best way to break a length plateau is with the Lengthmaster.

i wont wait to tell you guys that these stretchings are working. I´ve apparently gained 0.4inch in stretched flaccid length over the last month using all the strength i can with manuals, ocasional lengthmaster session (because it´s too strong and slightly traumatic to me to use it daily), some hours of low tension extender after stretches, and.....

and an additional torture method that I advice no one to follow but I will share nonetheless. ) I am the lab monkey. Dont do this guys.

So i pre stretch the penis manually til i gain a temporary 0.2 inch length, mostly using the DLD blasters, then I put it in the noose-style extender, and it´s a torture rack extend with no spring in the rods, so all the extension is made through the screws. I extend til it hurt slightly but also blend with a pleasurable extreme stretch in the tunica-septum; all the tunica also seems hard and the high pressure at the bone may cause blood to get trapped in the shaft and result a bit girthier than a normal flaccid stretch.
This puts much tension to the tunica-septum, but under a very controlled environment. This tisue seems to be really tough.
But alert" The tunica is known to be able to break , as example by extreme erect bend during sex, but the torture rack is controlled force.

I do this once or twice daily, during no more than 10 mins. Trying to go 1 milimitre beyond my mark each 3-5 days and it´s working. I wont add pressure if the penis dont seem to be lengthening. This means after the planned time, the stretch should be looser or I wont add another milimitre.

Seems like the tunica is accomodating to the stretch overnight, It´s an alive tisue!, so it can reconfigure.
I´ve learnt a lot from DLD talking about daily stretch, as it´s not a muscle but more similar to the connective tissue envolving the muscle, so i applied the principles i applied when i was training stretching to open legs as van damme, and the stretching routine comprised daily thorough stretches from several angles each muscle, tension relaxation, add tension, add time, and do again next day, every day.


However, I seem to be able to gain 1 stable milimitre girth after only 4-5 clamping sessions, which makes me think there´s some immediate plastic deformation at play... I can´t rebuild a fatter penis bigger so fast unless it´s partially deformed during the clamping sessions.... right?

Everyone needs to read this, it’s a great write up and I think there’s a lot of merit to it. I think you should become a theory and a routine that men can experience once you feel you have perfected it and made it safe enough for others to use. Your trailblazer I can tell, do you like myself willing to risk everything to gain everything!

The DLD blasters seems key to make this productive cos the torture rack without previous prestretching seems to be unable to hit the adequate extension, degenerating in more pain than lengthening.

anyway i ask no one to try it as for now. it´s not easy to do, and potentially fatal.

Great warning I do the same thing when I’m testing a new exercise or cool. I really like what you’re doing and I hope you’re safe in it and I hope it brings to fruition a new way in PE.

I guess this has been discussed infinite number of times but still controversial:

Most people say: get your length goals first, then girth.
But some others and even the same who propose the first statement, also advice some girth work may actually speed up length progress.

when i did girth work actually felt a retraction in length, but only provisional/aparent. So this may seem to discourage girth work if you aim for length, but here´s the data:

I´ve been recording a detailed day-by-day log of all i do, and track weekly measurements from different angles, pre/post workout measurements, etc. for all the time since i started PE by september 14. 4 months.

My data shows a strong correlation of the few clamp sessions i´ve done so far (not more than 8 sessions grouped in 2 separate weeks, over those 4 months, one day clamp, one day rest in those weeks), and the length measurements ramped up after these exact dates.
So Everytime i included clamping every other day for 1 week, length increased faster, along with an incredible 0.8cm increase in girth despite i am doing almost nothing girthwise.

Other than ocasional jelk, and bathmate i mostly only did to test the techniques, those 2 weeks of clamping is all i did for girth so far, and threw nearly 1 cm increase in girth.
I am skeptical about my own measurements in length, but girth is not as cheatable as length so i am sure the penis is fatter.

But since i only want length, my point here is:
How can girth work create synergy with length work? Is there any consistent theory? my data log shows a possible strong correlation, which makes it hard for me to understand why we generally accept a consensus about doing the length first.
If the length progress plateau and could be encouraged with girth work, what would be the point of focusing in length exercises for length, if the length we want can be achieved faster with girth work?

I´ve considered it´s impossible that 8 sessions of clamping produced 8 milimitres in girth gains, so maybe the extender hours, the stretches, the pressure created in the shaft during the stretches, the bathmate ocasional tests, may have added girth or created the environment for girth growth, but in any case, girth progress bursted violently over those 2 weeks of clamping as well....


May be that simply clamping is extremely effective or it could be that length work create fertile soil for girth gains, and vice versa?
 
The most consistent theory that you will find on this topic is a thread that’s called “is the penis a balloon or a rope”. It gives great direction and understanding of the concepts that when we do length work we are also add to girth and when we are doing girth work it is also adding to length. The penis expands in all directions, especially in the girth work. Keep up the experimentation I love where you’re going and I wish you the best.

I used to advance 1 mm each 1-2 weeks. steady advance over several weeks
jan25 i cant go beyond 19.5

0.4cm shrinkage? poor IQ. can a penish shrink that much in 1 week?
should i be worried?
anyone similar experience?

I have had this happen numerous times, it all comes down to EQ. Thats why I only judge stretched length and length in the pump as markers of progress.
 
Is there anyone that knows of a good EU source for Caverject or Trimix pharmaceutical grade? I want to have some and do a weekly priapism session.
 
Yeah man, I dont measure my progress based on BPEL just because it varies too much.
but also bpel is the only thing that really matters... but maybe indeed not the best measurement...

I have to say i had apparently lost 0,4cm but was peaking at my top ever girth (14cm)...... shrinks length and expand girth at same time.... weird
 
why not cialis ?


For me Cialis did absolutely nothing but cause me erectile dysfunction. For some people it works and other people it doesn’t you have to try it to see. Viagra works perfectly with me but Cialis does the exact opposite of what it supposed to do to me.

I tried viagra, levitra, kamagra only. levitra worked nice for me, many hours.
 
I honestly feel quite iffy about Trimix or Caverject and the idea of priapism.
Just a personal feeling. Doing PE itself is quite remarkable when one is consistent with it. I've only used Sildenafil (Viagra) so far for better girth sessions and I feel that's alright.
The time window for enhanced erections with Viagra is fair enough.

Just keep at it with your routines @lowe ! I've read how you have been struggling with the measurements and all, but keep the faith and hope for better tomorrow! Wishing you much strength on your journey.
 
If I could get Caverject I would be all over it .. know so many who took it, rated it through the roof apart from the quick jab to the cock, no problem.

I could find some related to Vitaros, but anyway, it's a cream you can apply down the urethra.
Needs cold storage conditions, not as long lasting in effect, from what I read.
But Befar and Vitaros, probably just different names by market area. Mainly seems to be for cases where ED has been very severe, where as Viagra etc., is given quite "freely."
Also the price for this Befar / Vitaros seemed to be somewhat high.
