10 year ago i did some PE, maybe gained 0.4 inch, then i dropped it after i plateaud
I started again by september 14th 2018
BPEL 7.24 inch (184 milimitre)
MEG 5.2 inch (132 milimitre)
Started using a jes extender for 4-6 hours a day, and plateaued after 6 week, had gained 0.2 inch (5mm), but for the next 4 week gained nothing and made a 10 day break. I blamed using too much tension but not many hour.
Resumed using a different extender that allowed me to use it more hours (penimaster), lower tension (600gram)/12 hour a day.
seemingly this broke plateau and 2 weeks later i had advanced 0.1 inch but developed a different problem because of the vacuum cap creating swelling for hours, can cause the tissue around my frenulum to become fibrous and had to stop using it til i heal.
SO, i had to start learning the basics. Should have started here.
Stretches, jelq, kegel. ok.
So I re-started by 22 december 2018 (3 month after i started), having gained 0,3 inch so far, no more.
My routine is
Basic stretching, using all the strength i can, A-stretch, kegel, and extending with strong tension in the Jes , like a torture rack for 10 mins, then use the extender at low tension as healing tool for 3-4 hour a day.
20 days from then, i gained 0.1 inch more.
So as of now, i gained 1cm length (0.4 inch) in 4 month.
Stretching is frustrating. Seems so slow progress, like trying to stretch a metal cable or a tendon.... tunica/septum is not ellastic at all. It´s too tough. I think tisue may respond better to constant tension but applying it cut blood flow or create fibrous swelling, etc....
over these days manual stretches, i noticed a steady lengthening of the bone pressed Flaccid stretched length, but this seems like not translating to erect at same rate.
My stretched bone pressed length pre workout is around 21cm and post workout it can be 7mm longer.
So by now
BPEL 19.5cm
MEG 13.7cm
and this only happens when the EQ is on the verge of explosion.
I only want length.
However I tested kelq, dry jelq, bathmate, and clamping just ocasionally, just to test it, and in these 4 month gained 0.2 inch in girth... this happens almost unintendedly just because of the technique testing... so i stopped as i fear girth may hinder length progress. Is this the case?
So i have a problem here. The 12 hour a day with low tension broke a plateau easily without much effort but seems damaging to the superficial tissue and even causing wounds. and the jes extender cant be work 12 hour... too painful.
So should i just stick to manuals? i bought lengthmaster but used it only few days, the stretch is brutal but as penis is alive tisue, and responded apparently good to low tension, helping me break my plateau, i wonder if it´s good idea to to pull it strongly or should I try different techniques to apply low tension again?
Anyway, any advice about length would be welcome
i am 1 inch away from my goal. Is this possible? seems impossible to gain half.
