I've been ON and OFF PE for few years .but not consistent due to my work schedule .
But this Oct 2024 I started again . My first week went well without any problem . Second week I'm feeling like thrombosis on the base . May be the intensity was too much to begin with .
But as @oldandlively and @huge-girth advised I will be OFF PE for the next week .

Current Measurement stats.( Approx)
BPEL: 5.1in
EG: 4.75in
Aiming to reach
BPEL : 6in
EG: 5.5in

How long will it take to reach this stats if I do just the beginner routine .?
 
You'll reach your goal very fast. Let's take it slow for now. Safety is at the forefront due to the thrombosis propensity. Keep us posted once you rest and while you are resting. It's like providing the stat vitals of your penis to us

As you guys adviced , I've been OFF PE now , just massaging the penis with some oil like deep tissue massage , I think there is some improvement in thrombosis , like I cannot feel that hard lump anymore , but little sensitivity I can feel along that nerve. I guess by the end of the week I'll be okey hopefully .
 
Sounds like you are progressing just fine. Should last only 7 to 14 days. I am so happy the vein has softened, that is the most important

So when I start PE again . Should I start with straight stretches or bundled ? I think bundled is more advanced but all rounder stretch.
I've sen people say first hour after waking up is best time to do PE. Is it like first thing in the morning or it can be done after a cup of coffee 😉.

Then bundled stretches with light for a straight week, while you observe like a hawk. As you said, bundled stretches are more of the intermediate and advanced approaches. This is nice info . So you do your stepmaster after the PE or PE after stepmaster. ? I think after stepmaster will give you more blood flow to penis and hence more expansion .

Squats will also deliver good blood flow to the penis
 
Hi I tested myself with light stretch routine yesterday with basic stretch 30secs each in front , up , down in all directions . Didn't feel any pain or any thrombosis forming .
Felt so happy to be back ,but I'm being very cautious before I strain too much .
Did 300 Jelq after stretching session
Took a hot bath and wrapped the penis to keep the flacid length .
Is wrapping required as a newbie ? I've seen DLD advice to keep it wrapped after lengthwork .
I wrap with a medical cotton bandage first and then layer it with a elastic cotton bandage and I have a o- ring to keep the wrap from unfolding. No clips .o- ring is not that tight even when I get erect . It doesn't act as a clamp .also I kept it 1 cm above the base .just to make sure I don't irritate the base area where I got thrombosis last time .

Excellent! Do be cautious and go easy for a while before advancing to the moderate and aggressive routines. Better be safe than sorry.

This is the baseline for growth when it comes to wrapping. It tries to mirror the traction done by the all day stretcher or extender in a safer and lower traction limit at your own comfort level. I wish there is an in-place adjustable traction splint that is a hybrid of all devices without the massive size to deal with, BUT flexible at the same time. Still working on a beta model for myself.

However, the base is bulky, and the thickness can irritate your base. I replaced the hard composite plastic insert with a flexible rigid silicone as well, and I fear the curvature deformation when we don't pay attention over a period of time. I even tried inserting extender's single rod and dual rods for adjustment purposes. Worked well for 4 hours, and around 6 hours, it can get very uncomfortable. This is why I'm currently using only sleeves and wraps.

There's also a product out there made with neoprene/ sleeve, reinforced with metal-soft plastic coils for the body, but it falls apart pretty fast. My colleagues and I invested so much money into experimentation and products for testing that can blow a person's mind wide open.

I had the idea of having a cylinder that opens vertically, with a soft silicone membrane inside, with the glan beign left out and secured with the silicone membrane.
A twitsting mechanism can be added to control the stretching force or bundling the penis throughout the elongation process

Speaking of sleeves, im also thinking of trying to wear one sleeve,securing few rods around it and wearing another sleeve on top.

Times moved forward, the companies tried their experimentations on ridgid TPU and TPE materials, and later, silicone. All abandoned the ideas and moved forward to upgrading their equipment known you are well aware of as traction devices/extenders of all sizes, makes, and designs.

Speaking of ads, and having a large turtle neck, i tought of taking the ends parts of two ADSs, and putting opposing each other, one below the glan and the other near the base, and adjusting the tension with the screws. This for a constant skin stretche to help with the turtle neck, im doing manual stretches but i feel wearing this prototype device for an hours will yield more results.
I already tried this with my scrotum by cutting a part of a sleeve ( 6 cm) and wearing it for an hour, it took very little time to notice my scrotum hanging lower

Ah, you've discovered what most ignored. Yes, there are scrotum hangers and three-strap stretchers just like what you've done made from leather straps. I believe some are made with silicone now.

As for the turtle neck (or is it called turkey neck?) we all done the manual stretches and auto stretches too. I'm there with you. I don't like too much foreskin and skin near the base. I want my glans to fully stick out and stay out to "scoop" out the love juice during full erection, but protect the glans during flaccid without having to get any type of surgery. But some like to modify their ways to get more effective skin stretches. I also tried to use old penis sleeve segments to do a compounding skin stretch, something like a worm with stretchable segments, inverting each segment to push against each other under my wrap. You have quite an inventive mind there. Keep at it. If you see improvement, share the ideas with the brothers and mark yourself in the legendary inventor in PE. Our brother @Infected Mushroom has already developed the home design TPE comfort layer for his Bathmate that outperforms the cushions and seal that Bathmate offers. You may be the next to come up with a homemade skin tightening and restoration method.

Yes i meant turkey neck, even though im circumcised and the only thing that is bothering me is the scrotum all the way to the mid shaft.

Im gonna experiment with a colostomy belt, it looks like this, and the reason is to keep the skin at the base stretched while staying elongated the whole day in the silistretcher, with a sleeve at the base to prevent irritation.
Challenge now is to find one that will fit, because most have a large diameter

I've been stretching in the morning for 20+ minutes , and if time permits I Jelq. Mostly there is some time constraint in the morning . I have to be at work sharp 0800. I dont want to be late due to PE . But I do get more time In the evening , so I stretch again for 20mins or so the beginner routine.and then hit the Jelqs .
I've noticed that it's difficult to keep a continuous flow for me while jelqing..I don't have lot of foreskin , but when I Jelq the foreskin comes and covers the glans, so skin on the base is constantly in stretch , so I slide it back each time I do the Jelq. Is this detrimental or is it okay ?
I understand that blood has to be continuously pumped to the penis with Jelq motion without releasing hands to get the full effect . I need to rewatch how you guys do the Jelqs.
And today I've progressed to bundled stretches light effort . But felt good .
I haven't measured myself , want to do it after a month .
What would be a good frequency to measure?

Do as much as you can without interfering with work. If time and location permit to you wrap, wrap up lightly to keep the elongation going in taking advantage of your PE routine. You'll lose that advantage if you allow the penis to turtle back into the body. Every little advantage you can take is a bit of gain each time.

It is okay. There's no wrong way to do a partial reverse kegel. Reverse kegel actually promotes quick blood drainage, helping your lymph nodes.

Use our methods as a baseline for your routine, but modify it according to your needs. Ah..think about it for a moment.

You can use ace bandage at a way of staying elongated

How long is it okey to keep the wrap if I feel that coldness there?I do unwrap after an hour and then rewrap it again after peeing . what your routine or wrapping like . ?

The momemt you feel a bit of coldness, or even tingling/numbness, remove all wrapping, allow blood to flow normally for 30 to 60 minutes, and rewarp. When rewrap, don't go tighter, but slightly looser. You probably cut off too much blood circulation.

My wrapping composes of a TheraBand ring at the base of the glans to prevent my penis from sliding into the sleeve or wrap. I use a sleeve during cold days and wrap during hot days. The wrap should be light around the penis, not cutting off any blood circulation, but the penis is held in place in an elongated flaccid state. Blood should be flowing in and out of the penis, and no coldness should be felt. Your penis should feel nice and warm, unless the ambient air is cool or cold.
