Hi guys,

As the year slowly comes to an end I wanted to thank you all for your inspiration and help!
The last few years have been really good on the PE front, and thus on the sex front.

This is my progress over the last 2 years. Grown ~1,7cm to 20,4cm BPEL, added ~1,5cm girth to 17,9cm (base of erect penis).
It's not going as fast anymore as it was in the beginning but I keep going, 5 days a week.
I feel more secure about myself and in bed I feel like a beast.

My goal for 2024 is: add ~1cm length to 21.5cm BPEL and ~0,6cm to 18,5cm girth... no hurry no pause.

My girth is always to start with 5 minutes jelqing, 5x5x3, end with 5 minutes jelqing:

Length I vary more. I sometimes use Length master for 2x15 minutes.
But lately I'm stretching manually daily, 2x 10 minutes + every morning and evening for 10 minutes while in bed before I get up/get to sleep. This is a very easy and relaxed way to stretch imo.
