So I’m new I bought the hydro max7 and found this forum. So much info out there I’m over whelmed, but here’s what I’m doing. Either shower or bath, I’ll do a round of DLD blasters then pimp. During the pump I kinda replicate the movements of the DLD blasters. Take the pump off rest, DLD again then pump.
3 sets.
Is that good?
What else can I be doing?

DLD blasters is a length exercise. You need a girth manual exercise to add to your routine. You might end up not making any gains at all because you created your own routine that is not proven to work.

It's best to follow routines that has been proven to work instead of making your own routine. Check out the SRT

I personally would not use DLD blasters as they are a predominant length exercise. What you want to do is the 5×5×3 found in SRT. This routine consists of five minutes of pumping followed by five minutes of SSJ and repeat three times. This is a unbelievable girth work out but my question is are you interested in the length also?

Honestly, I’m just interested in progress. Of course as men we instantly think length. I won’t be disappointed in either going to 8inch length would be great I measured 6 on width this morning. Going to a 7 would be wonder.

I’m just going for progress. I thought going into this it would be gaining length and width but I’m starting to see that it’s one at a time.

This hydromax 7 is trash. Shit always loose suction.

Once you receive it I highly recommend you use the SRT 5×5×3 as this packs on girth like crazy with little to no water retention. Some men see up to an over an inch in temporary expansion.

 
Get a good cylinder, or even just a cheap leluv one as I don't think a pump needs to be crazy expensive. Then convert it into a water pump.

I have always viewed pumping as supplemental but some people have claimed gains from just pumping.

It's just unfortunate that pumping doesn't work for you. Nearly everyone who followed a solid girth routine always gained girth. I wonder why it didn't work for you.
