For those who cant buy original [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]POWER ASSIST[/words], find a plastic clothing hanger (see clothing hanger.jpg) and attach ropes on both sides or use it without ropes.
Be careful to find the one with smooth edges so you dont damage your skin.

I recommend the broomstick.
