I thought I’d make a post for accountability purposes but also as a record keeping log.
About 6months ago I bought the BM and started pumping sporadically. Since early Feb 2026 I’ve been training more regularly and for a month now I started to do manual exercises and bought the Mityvac, too.
My original measurements are
2nd of Feb: BPEL 17.0cm; EG 14.0cm
Progress:
20th of March: BPEL 17.4cm; EG 14.2cm
I’m training 6 days on with one rest day.
My routine is a little bit pumping in the morning with the BM just to get the blood flowing but my proper session is after work in the afternoon.
I do some light DBS (540) for a few minutes and then the normal stretching newbie routine. Over time I’ll increase the intensity of the bundled stretches and will include BC-BS. I want to be careful though and approach it slowly. In a few months I might get the length master but first I want to get as far as possible just with manual stretching.
Afterwards I pump with the BM at full pressure until I achieve a full pump in my penis. Time in the BM about 10x30-60s. I do some BM stretches during my last set and try to hold the stretch for 60s. I stop pumping before an Edema forms.
Then I go into the MV and pump slowly to -6inHg. Due to the BM Pump I fill out the cylinder and therefore target length in the MV.
So far I’m fairly consistent and 4mm growth in 1.5months is great
