My order is incomplete

Hello
I order an LM and silisleev2 for anti-turtling, BM and DuroRing.
I received my order today and by checking out I found that there is no BM in.

What I must do Please ?
 
Your bathmate comes from a different factory. So it will come separately. But if you’re having any issues no big deal just sent us an email to the sales department and they’ll fix everything for you. That address is sales@mattersofsize.com

You never need to worry when you order through us we got you through the sale and through our lifetime warranty

Frankly, I'm not worried about that. I trust all of you and your service just sometimes it happens to have incomplete orders and it's quite normal. we're humans and we're entitled to error and forget it, and so long as it's the first time I order so I don't know how your service works.
