My length master snapped

So i was trying too screw my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lm[/words] on for my routine and the clamping thing snapped in half...do i get a warranty?
 
hahaha i have a broken [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] too...snapped in half luckily had an extra [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]:cool:
 
I believe this happen to another gentleman and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] replaced it for free...
 
Happened to me some time ago.
You should be covered.

Make a picture of the broken [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and send it to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] support

If necessary yes, but in the case of a part only the replacement part will be sent.

You guys are awesome. I'm grateful for your guys service and honestly even if I can't use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] yet I still use its [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] for exercises and it's great. I've even made some new exercises with it

I believe you got your replacement. Just curious so I want to ask what has your gains been like with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words]?
