Good evening brothers,

So today i worked out in a hot, steamy sauna. All the pain i
when stretching ? Gone completely. Usually, I feel some sort of ligament and skin pain there, but the heat took it all away. I could stretch a ton, no pain at all, just the stretching feeling.
Now that i was able to stretch like a maniac i think i came up with a new move, and correct me if this is something that exists already.

Picture a rope hanging from the ceiling to the floor. Grab it with your left hand, pull it down, then use your right hand to pull it toward you, I did that with my penis pulled it down with my left hand, then out with my right jutst below the scrotum and by this i targeted all of the hidden penis i believe ( i felt the slight stretch near my asshole and a ton at the base).

Something to try for every hard struggling gainer.

whole workout was spent in the sauna and felt now pain , ( when i felt it i use hot water on the area while stretching, 0 pain)

Looks like your penis final "adopt" the stress loads through the long months of works and discipline. As you stretch downwards on the left, and pull through the right, you're stretching your bulbospongiosus muscle around your pelvic region. You probably are stressing the corpus cavernosum muscles a well. During this stretching period, don't kegel. Do reverse kegel instead. Take advantage of the ability to stretch these muscles. However, don't overstress it. Just pull enough until you feel that dull achy feeling. Absolutely do not pull until you feel the pain.

These two muscle groups will help you to relax your pereneal muscles and tissues for faster gains. You may trigger a fast growth phase very soon. You're reaching fatigues, and that's a great sign.

Pe is a daunting task and we all feel it at one time or another. This is when we should increase the work to keep you on point. .4 should be totally attainable if you put in the work and consistent training. Just believe you can get there and you will do it. I do think your body is adjusting depending on whats needed.
I had the same thing happening to me when i was going hard on lentgh but i gained girth in the process.
When i switched to girth, and thats recent, im
seeing fast gains in this aspect.
As if the body is telling which way it wants to go first.
 
I did length exercises when I started my program. 40 days bundled literal stretches with the ultimate lm3 and not daily like 3 4 times a week alongside girth. Stopped this continued to girth. Length +1 inch after checking measurements (1 month after I stopped length exercises) and a small portion in girth.
 
I can't understand what's happening with my body.
I am +1' inch in length with no length exercises. I am doing only girth.

Hahahahahahaha..oh man, I near spit all my coffee on my phone. You, my brother, has a unique suspensory ligaments and very tough and hard fighting based muscles. When you only do girth, your suspensory ligaments and base muscles also reset themselves to the point of releasing the retracted penile shaft inside the body.
 
Girth work will always bring some length and length will bring some girth. In your case +1 inch is amazing a case many would love to have. Imagine if you did lengthmaster length training you would gain so quickly.

I know it will sound strange but I do not care about length. My penis from 5.15' length is now 6.15' and I was happy with the 5.15'. Really. Thats because In my life, the womens I experienced all wanted girth so my focus is girth.
Now ...doing Girth exercises only, I got +1 inch in length and +0.15' in girth. How unfair is that? Why God hates me so much? What did I do?

He doesn't hate you brother. It's how your body reacts to specific changes. Remember how we talked about the way penis seesaw between girth and length based on how we influence it? Your penis happens to take things to the extreme.

I'm truly curious on your ratio of length vs girth exercises to keep your girth the way you want. How about adding a 10 minutes Length Master warm up routines to your girth exercise to see if the pull influence the girth. We'll monitor the conversion game from there. Keep us posted under your log.
 
Why God hates me so much? What did I do?
God certainly loves you and is Him you should understand He wants what is best for you. If you want only girth than focus on girth. It may not be working now but will eventually bring girth. There is only so much length to be gained by pumping so eventually it will switch and bring that girth. You know I pray for you every day 🙏🏽 and I know my prayers have a strong effect for those I pray for.
