Hey guys if been doing PE for a while and thought i would start posting in this forum for more motivation. I started out at slight above average. When I'm at full erection after my length exercises I'm at 18 cm x 5.5 inches . I focused on length for the majority of my first 3 months then incorporated girth into my routine.
I believe this routine is a great routine for some who's been jelqing for at least a couple of months and has done the newbie routine, think of it as a intermediate routine.
My current routine is as follow: length everyday, girth every other day. On the days I'm not doing girth work I might throw in a hanging session at the end of the day.
I warm up with an infrared light (250 wats) for 5 minutes and keep it on while I'm stretching, I think this is very important on how ive gained so fast as the constant heat keeps my ligaments nice and stretchy for the whole workout, i even use it when i pump
Guys you need to get the lengthmaster if your serious about wanting to gain length. Even if your a newbie, I bought the LM right when i started PE. The stretches you get with it are insane.
Before I do my workout I apply dmso and paba to the penis and let that soak for 20 minutes then wash off, this plus the IR lamp holy cow. With the dmso and paba I can do like another full twist on my bunblded stretches with the Length Master.
This loosens up your tunica so much and allows you to get insane gains. Read kingsnakes posts for more information on this.
Length routine
I do these standing up
-Length master bundled 5 minutes ( in total), left right and middle, perfect for loosening up the tunica for a great stretch and girth work.
-Length master down/left, down/right, down middle (2mins each)
-Length master left,right,midfle(2 mins each)
-Legnth master up/left, up/right, up/middle (2 mins each)
After those i take the length master off for 5 minutes and try to kegel blood into my penis and squeeze on the tip to push it out. I repeat this like 10 times, just to make sure blood flow isnt a problem.
After that I rechamber
I do these sitting down
-I elevate my feet about 2 feet off the ground while sitting down and do a between the cheeks lengthmaster stretch for 2 minutes. (Crazy stretch)
-Lengthmaster( in between straight down and straight out ) 2 minutes
-lengthmaster straight out 2 minutes
-lengthmaster straight up 2 minutes
-i then squat down (pretty close tothe floor) and do a between the cheeks stretch for 2 minutes. This stretch makes my top ligs burn so much.
-Thats usually my last stretch but on some days when I'm feeling good and my wrap is really I'll do a another straight out set while sitting down
-i usually do my length work and girth in the morning. Looking to get an ADS very soon.
That's the end of my length work, its 40 minutes of stretching i believe. after I'm done with that i head straight into the pump (leluv pretty nice bought it off ebay can be a water pump or a air pump, make sure you buy a handle that comes with a gauge).
Girth Routine
I do 3 sets of this for girth: pump for 8 minutes, at around 7-8HG, dld erect bends, then the dld width exercise.
I then slip into a ring and warm down for 5 minutes with the infrared light. I usually do 5 sets of kegels while in the last set of my pump or when I'm warming down , 10 second normal kegel 10 second reverse kegel 10 second (4 reps)
Well guys that's pretty much it, sorry for the long post I just wanted to lay out my routine and will be trying to post here everyday. If anyone has any tweaks to my routine that they think would benefit me let me know! Thanks
