My dick is tingling!

After yesterday's session with 1 hour of streches and the BM 5x5x3 my dick has been tingling and feeling warm. Haven't felt it before and think its just fatuige!? Or what do the vets say?

Is it like prickly skin feeling? If so I got this from bathmate, do you get red spots aswell as usually when you start to break the skin etc that you get the feeling
