ok ....i do my routine all during the day ....so i wont list them as a set way ...just will list what i do ....ok right now as of this day i do 700-750 wet jelgs
300-400 dry jelgs
1500-2000 kegals
15 mins. of simple stretches
30-40 mins. DLD blasters
15-20 mins. v stretches
30-40 mins. squat stretches
15-20 mins. push pull stretch
20 mins of my variation of a tao head exercise
5 mins. of a test exercise..
10 mins. lig. jerks
and i also add anything that comes to mind while i am doing my exercises .....

and i am thinking of adding hanging to my routine ....still researching it tho ....

any advice or anything that you think may help me ...please tell me ...

my current goal is to get to 9.5x6 bpel...once i reach that i will decide to go for more or to just do mantainance exercises ....
 
ok the past couple of days i have been getting some great workouts in . i may do a quick measurment in a couple of days to see if i have gotten any gains.
 
Well i am about to change my routine ..and go with a hanging and manual type routine ,as soon as I get my routine straight I will post it up here .I am looking to make some great gains this coming month , I will keep everyone updated on my progress with this new routine .
 
hey umm, no mean to scare any of you guys, but i read a few days ago that high amounts of zinc doubles your chances of prostate cancer. i think it was in USA Today

Your routine looks like it takes up a lot of time.

I think you will be pleasantly pleased with hanging, it frees up your hands so you can do other things. And with the blaster type routine you can get a really good work out!

I have never felt a stretch in my ligs like I have with hanging. It is quite unique. :D

I wish you good luck in your Penis Enlargement, I am sure with persistence you will make your goal!

What is your goal by the way?
