The MOSRED is a very powerful concentration of NIR and RED at 300w and is intended for high power short sessions to heal at the SUBCUTIS (Hypodermis) level. There is a very specific formula to use this technology to heal properly.

There are two power switches on your MOSRED
One switch is the NIR Infrared 850nm spectrum. This will be the very dim red LEDs on the MOSRED.

The other switch is the RED 660nm spectrum. This will be the very bright red LEDS on the MOSRED. Use both spectrums at the same time to maximize treatments.

Treatment Guidelines for MOSRED Light Therapy
For the most biologically effective red light therapy, follow these treatment guidelines:

Position Yourself 4-6 Inches from Your MOSRED: You can sit or stand, but clinical research and user experiences have demonstrated that 4-6 inches is the ideal distance during a treatment.

Treatment For Beginners: We recommend starting out with 1-2 minute treatments per area, slowly working up to 10-15 minute session(s) over the course of 1-2 weeks as your body acclimates to the therapy.

10-15 Minute Treatment Times: 10-12 minute treatments at 4-6 inches from your MOSRED is optimal. 15-20 minutes for symptomatic areas may be beneficial, but beyond that, the evidence points to diminishing returns (your cells can only absorb so much light at once). For this reason, we recommend you allow at least 6 hours between treatments of the same area.

Daily Use is Optimal: To get the most out of your MOSRED, consistency is key. We recommend once daily use, although 2-3 times per day may be beneficial for symptomatic areas. If you have to miss some days, we suggest at least using your MOSRED 5 times a week. Sporadic treatments are similar to sporadic workouts; you may benefit that day, but for longer-term, full-body health effects, you need to be consistent.

Any Time of Day: Use your MOSRED when it works best for you! Some people love how it feels in the morning and say it perks them up for the day. Others wait until before or after a workout for max energy and recovery. The important thing is fitting red light therapy into your daily routine, regardless of what time.

Targeting Problem Areas: Many of the health benefits from red light therapy can be attained by consistent, full-body use. For example, you don’t need to target your thyroid gland to treat symptoms of thyroid disorders. However, it can be beneficial to target specific physical problem areas like sore joints or burns. In those cases, direct treatments for 10-20 minutes allows natural light to penetrate deeper into tissue for greater effect.

I got notification that my unit has been shipped today. I hope to get it before the end of the week but worse case scenario it will be early next week.

Now, I would like to have some clarification about the role of the hydrocortisone cream in the MosRED usage. Is it supposed to be applied all the time or just punctually when needed?

I'm asking because there seems to be some undesirable side-effects for PE users of long term usage of hydrocortisone such as:

I got those effects from Common Side Effects of Hydrocortisone (Hydrocortisone Cream and Ointment 2.5%) Drug Center - RxList

As a side-note, after a full week of PE abstinence (I'm in my second week of PE break) my nasty frenulum wound did disappear since I have shared its pictures in the main PE forum... I feel a bit silly since it was my main reason for wanting the MosRED in the first place.

but hopefully, the device will strengthen my frenulum and make my PE more efficient (I'm a damn hard gainer)...

I’m so happy people are getting their orders I can’t wait to get mine! As so many things that I want to make happen with this light that I hope I get it soon.

Hydrocortisone has been known to help build collagen. We included it as a small gift for those who have trouble getting it. The combination of MOSRED and Hydrocortisone may help speed the healing process. However it is not necessary as the MOSRED does that on its own and is much more effective than using collagen.

@DLD has further info on this.

There is only an increase in collegen when used together. Hydrocortisone on its own eliminates redness, itchiness, burning, dryness and will keep skin in great shape. It should be used each day after training is done.

When used with I infrared, hydrocortisone promotes an increase in collagen. This will eliminate stretch marks and wrinkles. It will also fill in ‘uneven’ areas giving the penis a uniform look. As collagen increases so will girth in a slight manner giving a more plump look.

Both are very important to healing and keeping healthy looking skin with what you are putting your penis through.

I also highly recommend bacitracin for open sores and cuts. When used in conjunction with infrared wounds will heal quicker and will heal with much less scar tissue. And if you have following the protocol above your penis will look, feel and be much healthier.

These practices are also SRT approved and compliant with healing practices, including others that have not been released yet.

How is the adjustable stand working out for you? We are experimenting with different stands.
It is okay, Seems a little too light weight. If I stand it up on the counter I have to try and angle is more straight up and the brass tips get in the way. However I probably could flip it over :). so they are on the top....
I found a shorter box to set the light and stand up on to get the angle of application correct. Then I move it to a larger box and change the angle to apply to other areas of my body.
Not sure if it is placebo or not yet but I am feeling more energy after I do a session. Will know after I've done it for a season.

You are probably feeling more energetic. In the little time I've been using it, I've lost about 8lbs, lost some fat pad, been more alert, better EQ now, and even helped joint pains in my hands. It's pretty remarkable.

We are trying new robust stands. As soon as we get heavier ones, we will send everybody one as they were an after thought.

I will get some pictures online soon once they arrive in a couple days

Just curious about the joint pain relief. Did you expose your hands to the light or simply by exposing your penis to it made your hands feel better?

Sorry if it is a dumb question. The infrared therapy is still a bit of mystery to me....

I do my hands for 10-15 minutes every 6 hours twice a day.

A nice thing about these units is even once you reached your pe goals, they are good to have for the rest of your life to help with everything else health/pain related.

The LEDs are rated for 50,000 hours so you will never be without it.

Say Lightning - How can we maximize the use of MOS Red. I would like to use it on multiple regions like Penis, Knees, Hair Growth, Ankles, Hands, whatever have you... Are we able to treat all these areas

1) All at one time - use it for 10 min on penis, then 10 min on left knee, 10 min on right knee, 10 min for hair growth... Wait atleast 6 hours and repeat all regions again (max twice a day).

OR

2) Are we limited to 10 min max twice a day for any one given area - 10 min on penis then wait atleast 6 hours to treat the next area (say left knee). Wait for the following day to do 10 min on right knee - wait 6 hours then treat hair growth and so on...

Option 1.

But for problematic areas with pain, like back pain or arthritis in knees, you can do 3 times a day 4 hours apart.

So do the lower back 10-15 mins, then the upper back 10-15 mins, then the right knee 10-15 minutes, left knee, etc.

Wait at least 4 hours then repeat again up to 3 times a day.

Has anyone mentioned some kind of plug that comes with a timer in case someone falls asleep when using?

I wasn’t sure how a long session would affect someone.

Does long term usage have any side effects?

That’s the smart thing I would believe you could get a aftermarket plug that would have an auto shut off. You’d find one on eBay pretty easily.

You can use one of these for $11

Don't use for more than 15mins per session or it counteracts the healing process.

There is a user manual on MOSRED here

I got mine a few days ago.

This thing is large.
I didn’t expect such a big unit, but it is nice.
Haha I said big unit. LOL

Ok anyway I’m just getting into using it.

I’ve used it for 2 days straight on the penis and lower abdomen area.
I turn on both switches and then put a sheet over it so it doesn’t hit my eyes.
Used it for about 5 to 6 minutes each time.

It’s kind of weird at first because the light hits you and you begin feeling the heat, but the unit is not really getting hot.
I mean it feels like you are getting sunlight.

I can’t say that I’ve had any therapeutic affects yet, but I’m sure it will come with continuous use.

@Lightning and @DLD, ever thought of making a very similar MOSRed that is a handheld unit.

I was thinking of when you want to target a very specific area like a joint, thyroid area, or scalp.

I’m just thinking it might be more manageable as far as being able to hold.

Maybe you can call it MOSRed mini.

Does using MOSRed take the place if routing warmup with other heat sources?

In my logic using the MoSRED does penetrate somewhat deeper and can act at least a partion of the warmup routine. So it could be possible to do less intensive regular warmup if you use the device before workouts.
@Lightning , what's the take on this?

A sweet idea about the handheld unit but packing decent amount of force to handheld unit can be tricky.
One can dream! It's always good to push out ideas, sometimes certain things will flourish. :)

Did you get to see the video and instructions on it? It also came with a sheet with instructions.
The NIR (Infrared) light is very dim
The RED light is very bright.

Unfortunately you currently can't get this type of power in a handheld. We've tried some handhelds and they have very little power and do not have the proper irradiance for healing.

The glass on the MOSRED has lenses built in to get the proper angles and irradiance.

Also, you really don't need a timer to turn the MOSRED on and off when you sleep. Maybe get a small magnetic timer to stick to it to time your treatment.

You are only using it for 12-15 minutes every 4-6 hours. If you sleep with it On, it's not going to help you, it's going to reverse the process.

A handheld unit will not have this type of power. The intensity of the MOSred are as powerful as the ones he would see in salons where people rent them by the hour. Up to $50 a session.

I was just wondering and thought I would throw it out there.
This thing is great though you can feel the power of the MOSRed and the heat and light definitely go deep in the tissue.

Yes, I got the instructions and just saw the video.

One thing I noticed mine did not come with a nice carrying case, did that just come out?

I see now why it is larger. This thing let’s put plenty of Red light. I mean I don’t think anyone would be disappointed in getting one.
Especially once you see the application in healing not only in PE, but with overall health.

Ok got it, so use for either the warm up or the warm down, but not both.

Since the time is 10 to 15 minutes couldn’t you technically do 7 minutes warm up then 7 minutes warm down?

I’m so happy you’re pleased with your MOS Red! As far as the carrying case goes, I did not get one but maybe @Lightning made a change. He will let you know. Please leave a review in the store too❤️

I thought I read somewhere that you can also lose weight using infrared light therapy.

Is this just direct light on the abnomen area or would one use it on the thyroid area to speed up the thyroid?

I’ve been using it on the penis/ abdomen area the last 3 or 4 days and I feel better blood flow to the area.
Maybe it’s early, but it’s almost like the glans gets red from the circulation increase.

I am incorporating it after my workout for the warm down.

Target the area you want to lose weight. It works great reducing the fat pad for instance.

It works great on so many levels. My mother in law suffered from a stroke and had chronic pain, I gave her a MOSRED and she has greatly improved in areas that regular medicinal treatments weren't helping.

Red light therapy delivers concentrated wavelengths of therapeutic natural light to your skin and cells, where it reduces oxidative stress and stimulates cellular energy production (adenosine triphosphate or ATP). Not only does that help your body power itself more effectively, but researchers believe red light therapy affects adipocytes, which are cells that store fat, causing the lipids to disperse. In other words, light therapy helps the body wash away fat cells.

A 2012 study in the International Journal of Endocrinology showed that light can affect hunger levels, which could help prevent the buildup of extra fat before it even begins. This study found that red light helped control levels of the hunger-related hormones leptin and ghrelin in sleep-deprived participants.

I was going to say yes. You’ve expanded on Yes so thank you LOL
