Progress thread MOS sell me used SiliStretcher2 - attention!

After writing mail to support, they ignore me the first week after I wrote them. Also forum have technic problems to open thread long time.
I received SiliStretcher2 with water or oil drops inside. The blue silicone seems used. After a while it stopped working -vacum died. Like its some Aliexpress product.

I wrote them for replacement - they ignore me like Im f*king Putin.

I also paid a lot for duty customs. All was more than 300$ for nothing.

Our silistretchers are prepared with oil on the turn knob for better function. We assure you this device has never been used. This is literally the oil we apply when assembling. Even if we were to send you a new device, the device will also have oil inside. However, if you would like one without oil that is possible just know your device will not function the same.

You say you are not getting any suction, are you using the device properly? This is something we can discuss in detail via email. There's also instruction located in our shop you can print out if need be. And videos on youtube.
( We don't include instructions in any of our packaging due to the privacy of all of our customers)

We also don't ignore our customers, you emailed us and I remember specifically speaking to you or to someone with these same concerns. (It May have been another customer because it seemed we had come to an understanding) Did you provide photos in the emails you sent to support? We always ask for photos. Thanks for the photos you uploaded here, it really helps me explain to not only you but to other customers who may have these concerns in the future.

(Actually, we may add this disclosure to the website so others will know your silistretcher will have grease/oil inside for function purposes)

As for the blue padding, they are also made in-house and we assure you your padding has never been used. However, can you please provide photos or explain why you feel the padding has been used as well?

Customs:
Are you saying you paid $300 for your order or did you pay $300 for your customs duty? If it was for duties well sir that would be Impossible! However please provide an order number and customs receipt so I can look into your order to see why your customs duty would be $300. If for some reason we failed on our end to take care of you, we have no issue with resolving this. Simply provide the necessary proof. Thank you.

Well I have to agree that unfortunately the customer service isn't the best. You are very hard to get a response from....

That's a shame because the community/forum is such a great place. Especially with all the support from @DLD.

I emailed you over 2 months ago regarding a faulty mityvac which I still haven't got any response from. Which isn't the first time by the way.

It's easy for customers to feel that you're not really interested in them. Which again is a shame because this is a very unique place after all...

Why not just consider hiring/getting business partners involved if you can't run the business by your self? It's bringing the brand down for sure I hate to say.

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ? I bought everthing 5 days ago and my pump does not hold ..i watched video how to fix it it still doesnot work .im hoping they send me a new one since i save up for 6 months to get it and dont have 40 more dollars to buy a new one ...thats all i need ,thanks ...the sooner the better please ..id like to have better results since im following the programm but have to pump it and lock it every couple of minutes ..
