MOS Has the Best Customer Service of Any Company I've Ever Dealt With

Just wanted to make this post for any newbies that might be considering buying equipment, but are still on the fence.

Mos is absolutely the best company i've ever dealt with in terms of service. Not just in this industry, i mean any company.

Just recently my silistretcher broke and I checked to see what kind of warranty it had. I saw it had a lifetime warranty so I sent a picture of my silistretcher in an email to customer support, expecting to be emailed back with questions.

Instead what happened is i got an email back the same day, stating that a new silistretcher had been shipped to me. I was floored by the response time and the no questions asked approach.

On top of that, I purchased an extender previously and one of the pieces was missing from the package when it arrived. I emailed support and they quickly shipped the missing part, but on top of that they also threw in a three pack of silisleeves as a bonus. What other companies do that?

Thats all i really have to say for this post. Just wanted to thank dld and the mos team for their hard work, as well as let newbies know how solid this company is and how it treats its customers.
