Hello, anyone reading this.

I am completely new to penis enlargement and I am attempting to follow SRT in week 1. As I am a newbie, I was wondering are there any video, GIF, animation, or written resources which clearly explain the SRT exercises visually for a Newbie? I have read many pages in the SRT forum and it is great, but I haven't really been doing penis enlargement before and have only recently purchased the equipment from this site. I would pay for a Illustrated How to Guide for SRT, or a How to Video for all the equipment and stretches. I own now 4 pieces of equipment and I am not 100% on how to use them. I am not even sure I am using my Bathmate correctly. Anyway, just from a new comers perspective, there is money to made in teaching new people via a ebook, videos, or a organized step by step week 1 to say week 12 SRT program telling the person what to do every day and how to do it have a check list, guide, etc, I would pay for something like this.

My first question:

For SRT week 1 the starting length stretches , they are all the 30 x 3 stretches , should they be completed as a "bundled " or do the instructions below mean 5 minutes of bundled work, followed by 30x3x4 as normal non bundled stretches ?

Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

There's also the "Media" link next to "What's new", if you browse the pages there are several official exercise videos.

Pretty much all the information is available for free, it just takes a bit of time to go through everything.
You can check the link, go throught the phases 1-5, that should give a good idea.
With Bathmate it's best to follow 5x5x3 routine where you pump for five minutes, Slow Squash Jelq for five, repeat three times. Great expansion!

You’ve been given great direction and I’m so happy that you’re starting with SRT. What are the other pieces of equipment that you own?

Bathmate X40, Phallosan Forte, Length Master 2.0 (mail), Mityvac 2" (mail), Sillirings, Titan Pills

After reading more on Sillistretcher, I will be buying that it isn't the same product as Phallosan.

I have a 14.5 cm erect middle girth, what size Sillistrecher should I buy?

Were you the one who created the "slow squash jelq"? I have been doing it only a few sessions, and its remarkable the impact on girth it has, it should be named after you.

The slow squash jelly in this video is more squash the penis together, --> <--- motion. I have be actually following the same setup by folding the top erect penis onto the other half of the erect lower penis creating a 45 degree pressure, seems to create huge pressure on the penis's girth, really popping the major veins in the penis.

The Silistretcher does come with several sleeves. Considering you used the medium or large sleeve, I would think the 1" diameter ones would suit you well. And as said, 1.5" diameter Silistretcher is good for girths up to 6", flaccid that is. Always measure flaccid for the Silistretcher. I didn't first see that it was an erect girth measurement, but I would think the 1.5" would be the right choice.

Measure twice, buy once. ;)

Yes I invented the SlowSquashJelq. Are usually tag my exercises as DLD SlowSquashJelq. I really appreciate that you’re using it and that you’re benefiting from it, it’s the best girth of exercise available
