Hi!
I was wondering if there were any problem to mixing protein powders. I mean taking 1 brand for 1 day, and then other day take another brand. I like to change the flavor sometimes... for a change. I'm not putting diff flavour in 1 shake there
I now have 6 diff flavor from 3 diff. brand. Just for the heck of it here's the flavours
-Chocolate mint
-Cooki n cream
-Peach
-Tropical punch
-Strawberry
-Chocolate
I though about that because my thought went like this:
The body likes to get a regular ammount of nutrients
Each brand has it's own proportion of each amino acid
Therefore some advantages (higher arginine for example)powder #1 has over 2 is neutralised by taking powder #2 (who has less).
Or would it be beneficial because each would complete each other's weakness. by waekness I mean less of a certain amino acid compared to others.
Thanks
