I am wondering. How effective would a narrow tube for the mityvac be at length gains? Obviously not as effective as lm or sg. But would this be effective?

It is a great way to make length gains
 
I sized the cylinder to match my existing girth with the thinking that all the pressure/forces would be along the length axis...so far so good
