I am wondering. How effective would a narrow tube for the mityvac be at length gains? Obviously not as effective as lm or sg. But would this be effective?

Only complaint is the silicon cover that covers the opening with the hole ripped, after Luke 4 times of using it. I ordered a few more. Just thought you should know incase there's a problem with production quality.

You are talking about the, MITYSLEEV.
Are you aware you need to stretch the sleeve out, so it will fit your girth before you use it, otherwise it can rip?

Yea. The cover with the hole you go into. The cover that keeps your nuts from getting sucked in.

You should be able to pump without that sleeve. The mityvac is very user friendly. Try pumping without the sleeve. You are going to like it eventually.

I used to the my balls sack with a shoe lace. Now that my base girth is a bit thicker than before, I just put my hand in between the pump and my balls sack throughout each pumping session.

This is much more practical as far as preparation and ease of use. I'm working with smaller tubes, I'm trying to find the perfect size that'll be best for length. I ordered the smallest, I wanna pack it all the way around from the first pump. Like going into hard is tight before I have pumped.

With the mityvac, you don't need to be in the bathroom. You can use the mityvac anywhere and for dry pumping. It also has a gauge so you won't be pumping with excess pressure.
