When using the Mitysleev - should I put the sleev on my penis first. And then put the penis + Mitysleev assembly into the bathmate?

You don't wear a sleeve while pumping. It will prevent you from getting expansion. Pit your erect penis inside the pump directly.

I thought the purpose of the MitiSleev on the MOS shop was to use while pumping to prevent the bathmate from digging into your balls so much? See image below.
