Missing bath mate order

I know this isn’t the best place to get this resolved but I’ve already emailed the shop multiple times as well as tried DMs.

i placed an order a few weeks ago and received everything at my home except the bath mate. It was delivered to an address in Tennessee. It’s marked delivered and I have no way of tracking it further. I do not live in or near Tennessee.
 
I just contacted them and they will respond soon

It appears you have not been receiving our emails, as we have replied to all of your emails. We have looked into the situation and would like to have another one sent out ASAP. However, we also wanted to be sure we have the correct address. Now Knowing you are not receiving our emails explains the lack of response. Glad you came here!

If you will please go to your customer profile and confirm your address or simply email me the address to: buymos@gmail.com or DM me here.
I'm aware the mistake was not on you, I'd just like to be sure you get what you paid for!

Also, I can send you screenshots, or forward the email replies to you via Gmail. To prove we have not nor will we ever ignore a customer! We appreciate you!

I’ve received nothing about tracking whatsoever. I’m getting annoyed with this situation. Bathmates aren’t cheap and Im receiving nothing via email even though I’ve emailed 3

I got a cc email last week that it was shipped. Every email I get you should be getting.

I still haven’t received anything. I did get a generic email from sales. It had no tracking info or order number. It’s insane to me that I’ve waited this long without any kind of verification. I replied to the email and still haven’t heard anything. It’s been over a week and I placed the original order over a month ago
 
Hi, What was the order number for the order? I remember recording this awhile back. However, give me the order number so I can see whats going on.
