Hey everyone,

I've heard about this forum but never came up on it until few days ago, seems really nice structured :) I was on PEgym here and there, then on R3dd1t, so this is my place for my PE log!

Currently 6.25x5.25. Doing PE on/off for some years, never did more then 2 months in a single year. Did JP90(bored to death), LPSG(felt it's not enough), then for now, this is my second session of next:

1. 3 sets of 30 seconds 5 angles regular STRETCHES(10min)
2. 3 sets of 30 seconds 3 angles BEHIND THE CHEEKS(5min)
3. 4 sets of 40 reps S2S(5 min)
4. 150 jelqs(both hands count as 1 rep)(10min)
5. Warm up and down - 20min

Whole sesh got me at 50min

Shooting for lenght. Can't wait to get my hands on devices(extender and hanger from ebay to see how it goes, if that doesn't work, more pricey products are next). Next routine can be the one of users here recommended that's all stretches(has some blasters and mandingo names in it)

Hehe, well right now I don't have enough cash, still student but soon I'll get my hands on some equipment, till then I'm following just manual routine
 
Yes your hands are a great tool, start with that and get a solid foundation then after a few months think about tools to help enhance what your hands do, or in some cases they cannot.

Start with the newbie routine as it requires no equipment. I would like you to pick up a cock ring and some ace so you can apply some SRT methodology to this routine. But for most men who start out using the newbie routine make a very fast growth. As time goes by save up and buy what is best at that time. But use your hands right now I had to do that because there was no equipment.

I'd opt for a set of Fat tires or Durorings. I recall reviews about the linked product being somewhat flimsy and it's quite thin, could break relatively easy. (To my best recollection that kind of ring had failed for several men, thus rated around 2-3 stars out of 5.)

Anyway, from MoS selection I can vouch for Duros and Fat Tires. Get a set if possible, saves you the trouble of measuring and pondering about the right size. (And a set allows for further progress when one ring isn't providing enough force or is actually too tight.)

Edit: Oh, it seems that I had mentioned Duros and Fat tires in the last message. :D But the picture I made a longer time ago. I have some metal rings at the moment, in a horseshoe style, mimicking Hardwear products. Price point was way lower though ...
But for my rotation, as in after pumping etc., I usually go for Duro or Fat tire, depending on my mood.

Hey, can't deal with shipping right now, probably have to wait a month+ for it to arrive yada yada. Anything basic without much complicating simple stuff? I can even do regular ACE wrap?
 
If shipping is an issue try to have a look around for similar kind of cockrings as the ones I mentioned.
I really do suggest a heftier ring, with some width. A slim cockring will pinch very fast from my experience.
The Tantus ring mentioned in the thread I linked should be readily available. Durex has their cockring too which is similar to a Duro, but just in one size, that one I've seen available in supermarkets.

Wrapping of course is a big possibility here and for that your local store likely carries something by the name brand or equivalent.
 
Did the routine:

This time first thing I did was jelqs - 300reps with skipped both hands counts as 1, tonight it was 1 slide - 1 rep
Then stretches - down, straight, left, right, up, helicopters between to keep my erection
Then BTC's - left, straight, right. It's my third time doing them, basically I have to bow down 90 degrees for this exercise, is that correct?
S2S's - still figuring out if it's pointing down or in between straight/down.

Feeling really good. Tomorrow I'll share some penis rings I found so if someone wants to jump in and help me out, thanks
 
You’ve gotten some excellent advice and sounds like you’re doing the exercises correctly. I’m glad you’re feeling good about this as having motivation is one of your best tools in PE. Keep playing around with your SS until you find the perfect position for you. And remember your SS can be used actively or passively to conform to the healing and gaining portions of SRT
 
Hey @DLD, yes I am! I'm currently abstaining for two months. adult entertainment is ruining my life and my tool is suffering from it, also my mental health. I'm prone to quick penil exhaustion and therefore it's best for me not to touch myself and let the women does her part... Also if I didn't gave up every single time I start again I would have my goal right now, but..

Just yesterday I figured out by your suggestion about SRT what turtling is. I might have some EQ issues where my penis isn't as hung and more "hidden" as my testicles are hard and my penis is shrinked. Sometimes I can lose erection while performing PE and it knows to be extremely annoying, therefore browsing pictures while doing warm up and staying concentrated on sexual thoughts during is what helps me, only if I can keep my thoughts at bay..

As for penis ring.. I'm uncircumcised, slight turkey neck and good amount of excess skin. I can come up to a store a get regular penis sleeves for added length, cut the tip and wear it like that. Other possibility are those stay hard cock sleeves(2inch lenght). For cock rings - OptiMaleCockRings, small stretchy cock rings, Bathmate edition like gladiator and barbarian.. Besides that, ACE wrap. What do you think?
 
Regarding cock rings (again :D hey, it's one of favorite subjects ), I think from the ones you listed the OptiMale rings are something I might go for. Not to my liking regarding width but otherwise they seemed decent enough. With cockrings and many other sexual health toys it's good to opt for silicone, unless you're allergic to it. (I know some do have silicone allergies.) TPR and other softer rings usually give out quicker. I haven't tested the Bathmate rings, they're intriguing in a way but they're not silicone.
Different manufacturers have their own set of blends and formulations. (As in silicone does come in different grades but it's hardly ever stated, except with few specialty manufacturers.)

I hope you find good sleeves etc., to help in your gaining process.

Many rings are, especially when made from softer materials, "one size fits all" (some well, some poorly), there are certain manufacturers that will state the suitable range and stretch of the ring.
With metal or harder materials it's always about measuring and finding the correct size. I am not the biggest fan of metal cock rings but I do have a few.

For sleeves, if you can hold with the wait time I'd really consider the sleeves from MoS Shop. The product you linked, that's usually a TPR/TPE product, from my experience those kind of sleeves (for more pleasure as advertised) don't last too long for PE oriented exercises. And as they're not very long, they don't provide much of stretching, also due to the softness of the product. (I hope you trust me on this as well, I've handled a bunch of different kind of sex toys etc., during my lifetime. :-) And I've had some products break on me.)

The usual "for more girth and pleasure" penis sleeves are also quite likely TPR/TPE , they could cause irritation when worn for a longer time. And also when used for such purpose, especially when cutting the tip of, their structual integrity weakens and they easily break down. I've actually test this with similar kind of material, I used to have few Tenga products etc., and used the inserts as makeshif sleeve when I was pumping, as I had cut the insert to be open ended it really ate the structure and those sleeves lasted just for a while. And then there's the stink; even if you wash them properly and haven't used them for pleasure, they still have that weird odour to them.

I am in no affiliation with MoS ... I did some moderating a longer time ago though. LOL More so my recommendations are from honest testing and usage.
 
I definitely have some suggestions that will really benefit you. The first exercise you should add in is the testicle health massage and stretch, this will loosen the tightness of your scrotum and allow your penis to hang longer, lower and heavier. I would also add in a Expressive stretch to gain another angle of growth.

Thank you @DLD, I won't watch until 15th of february and will achieve my 3rd month of semen retention. If by that time I don't feel any better, I won't pursue Nofap, semen retention or any discipline like that anymore.

Haven't done my wednesday session and did it last night(3rd this week). It went good. Now I need some tips - used to browse soft core photos with warmup routine to get myself erected enough. Now that I can't do that, last night goes with my imagination. I think I'm not able to maintain proper EQ throughout the routine. Turtling can happen, poor EQ too. S2s was especially tough because of that. That exercise took 5min without pauses after every set to gain some erection with helicopter shakes and spent more then 10 min on it. What to do? Also, something that happened recently is my ability to hold long enough. I can masturbate without fully erected and last about a minute! I think this was onset since L-arginine+zinc combo I think while I was with an ex to cover her face fully :) What have I done with those supplements and even if they have anything with it, I don't know. I can last longer with sex then masturbation(this is specific for non-adult entertainment sessions)

Tonight it will be my 4th time PE. Cheers
 
I too have struggled with adult entertainment over the years. A couple years ago I started to take more pictures and videos of of my wife. Using images of my wife instead of strangers was odd at first, but it helped me to lay off adult entertainment, and helped our sex life as well. I started to appreciate my wife a lot more, and the sex started to become a lot more exciting. I still surf adult entertainment from time, but it’s not consuming it me, like it once was.

I go through quite a bit of the same suffering and what I can tell you is what helps me. When I’m feeling anxiety I know that I’m worrying about the future, when I’m feeling depression I know I’m worrying about the past. In both situations I’m giving all of my power and energy to either anxiety or depression. When I’m able to recognize this I’m able to bring myself back to the moment where all of my energy is and get through the issues I am facing.

Anxiety is one of the things I probably suffer with the most and what has made this so much better, I’m not gonna say a cure but I’m gonna say made it so much better is DBT. This therapy makes it impossible to be anywhere else but in the present. It gives you your moment back and you realize all your power is in the moment. Here’s a link below if you’re interested in how it works.

For me what I like to do in DBT is I do those digital coloring books while I’m listening to a podcast and this brings me right back to the moment. When your hands and eyes are occupied and your ears are listening it makes it impossible to be anywhere else but the moment. I pray to Jesus that this works is good for you as it has for me.

oh my goodness, you need to forgive yourself on this and stay away from the frustration. It’s never ever healthy to view adult entertainment. It is a trap that is very hard to get out of and they have made it even harder. I’m praying that you can get through this and become better because of it.

if you’re going to buy a hanger be sure to buy the Lengthmaster. This not only allows you to hang but it gives you so many other ways to train from bundles to rolls and from power assist exercises to any basic stretch. It is extremely powerful.

I will keep you in my prayers as I do the whole brotherhood!
 
4th time this week. Still did adult entertainment part, my erection was constant and I haven't waste a minute with helicopters or anything to get myself ready again. I like this way of doing PE but know I have to change it, don't want to rely or watch adult entertainment

Why not take your time and plan out how you’re going to read yourself of adult entertainment. I suggest going backwards in the process and go with less and less offensive material until you’re looking at the underwear section in a Sears catalog! ?

Very good way around it for me was when I was sexually active I would have my girl let me take pictures of her that I could use in my girth sessions.
 
I think that it is the convenience of adult entertainment that makes it what we sing to be the only thing that will help us in the erection department. But when I was a child there was no adult entertainment there was really only the Sears orJC Penny catalog and some cosmopolitans my sisters had. In most situations I depended on my own imagination, closing my eyes in conjuring up whatever would excite me. There weren’t any real options outside of that unless you owned a VCR which was very expensive. So there was a time when our minds did all the work. I think mankind is losing their creativity relying on the instant gratification way of today’s world.

7 min BTC
7 min of S2S with 6 sets of 50 reps, 1 second pause on each side, two sides counts as 1
10 min of standard stretches 5 ways
25 min of jelq, 2 sec of 300 jelqs where two hands counts as 1 rep

It took me more then hour, and if I don't count pauses for erection etc. the whole session took me 1.30h which is too much. Will see what can I do with it

So, I think girth is much easier for me compared to length. I'm packing it much easier and quicker, so far I don't know if I ever seen a length gain so far..

Should I drop jelqs then? I'm more into length then girth
 
Same as yesterday, took me 1.10 min to finish it. I won't do it with adult entertainment tomorrow and every other day, that was the last time. Waiting for my devices to come, I'm so impatient

If you’re only interested in length do not waste your time doing girth work. Instead of doing that girth work I suggest that you do the entirety of the newbie routine stretches, if you have a LM use that to do them and you’ll see length very quickly.

I also suggest that you do the testicle health massage and stretch as this also is very powerful at adding length.

To keep your girth and maybe even add a little bit to it you can do the bathmate 5×5×3 once a week which will maintain your girth or maybe even add to it.

You’re not hitting every possible angle of growth. The additions I’m suggesting will hit areas of growth not possible with other stretches. I can help you put a complete routine together if you need that

Then another problem happened that I did not know I will encounter through PE - to much of excess skin, turtling, losing erections, slippage, pinching, something I thought would make my journey easier sent me to hell again and now I gave up. Next goal is to get cutted, circumcision next time I get the money for and try all over. Really not interested to spent another round on damn vacuum shit either hanger or extender, no thanks

Why not try a simpler approach and go with manual work for now as we address these other issues. Things like turtling, pinching and slippage can all be dealt with with the right methods. If you want help in this let me know and I can work with you personally. I don’t want to see you quit I wanna see you make the growth you came here to make. I’m very proud of you for coming out and letting us know the problem now we can work on the solution
