You could wear a silistretcher for the 92 miles. That would one hell of a workout

How much do you have left in girth to get to your goal?

Depends on what part.. I'm at my goal at the base but have 1/2 inch to go for the rest of the shaft. I also find shaft length varies in my pump tubes vs using a ruler. 2 different brands of pump tubes put me ~20cm but ~19cm with a ruler.

I believe the messurments outside of the pump is the true ones. In a pump you force more expansion then a natural erection outside of the pump.
- Or do you mean that you are messuring with the tubes without any vaccum/pressure?

You will gain that 0.5" in girth in no time.
