OK So I'm not new to these forums, but I’m new to Penis Enlargement. If been surfing these forums for a long time, and had I been Penis Enlargementing as long as I've been surfing I'd probably have a footlong by now :O

Anyway, this topic seems to have strongly split opinions, so I just want to get everyone’s take, and why. I think this will benefit both new and advanced members.

Here’s what you should include in your reply:

1. When you Penis Enlargement, how hard are you pulling, stretching, jelqing, clamping?
Are you doing these exercises lightly, moderate, or as extreme as you can handle?

2. What are your gains? How long have you applied the same force to your exercises, and what are your results for this.

3. Have you tried both? What gave you better results? loose vs. tight, hard grip vs. light, ect.

4. And finally Do you mix? Maybe you jelq loose but clamp tight, or jelq tight and stretch lightly, let us know the variation of stress you apply and how that is working out for you.

I hope to find out if the majority of the members here prefer one variation to the other, and more importantly how their decision of stress applied has contributed to their gains.

Everyone please post, this should be interesting to see the responses.

It is so hard to translate this. What one believes to be massive intensity another may see as moderate.
 
It depends on the stretch.

i.e. I can apply a shitload of pressure with the downward and BTC stretch as opposed to straight up..

Generally, I pull with near full force. I can't keep full force very long..so I would say about 75% throughout the stretch.
