Hi Brothers,
I started my journey back in 2016. Exact date was 25.09.2016.
The starting measurements were:
BPFSL: 19 cm
BPEL: 18 cm
NBPEL: 16 cm
EG: 15,5 cm
I started with a normal Newbie Routine and gained good with it.
After the first measurement i sticked to the Newbie-Routine for another 3 months.
Made some more gains but the i changed the routine after that to get some more results.
In that time i think i've done too much and had pain in the ligs because of BTC-Stretches.
So i had to take a break for a couple weeks. Soon my first PE-Year was over.
Gains were:
BPFSL: 21,2 cm (+2,2 cm)
BPEL: 19,6 cm ( 1,6 cm)
NBPEL: 17,5 cm (+1,5 cm)
EG: 15,5 cm
After my first year i sticked to manual stretches most of the time, bought an x4 Extender which is not useable for me.
Tried the anglion method and some other things. But there were not many gains for me.
My last measurement i took 13.01.2019:
BPFSL: 22 cm
BPEL: 20,2 cm
NBPEL: 17,6 cm
EG: 15,7 cm
My goal is to reach the magical 8 inch NBPEL. So i try to develop a new routine to go for it.
First ideas: in the morning: Heavy manual routine(Mandingo-Stretch, BTC-Stretch, A-Stretch = 30 mins combined) after the manuals 2-3 hours light extending (ADS-System, looking for one (Pm-Pro / SizeDoctor))
At the evening: Sport, 1-2 h Extender followed by Jelqs, Ballooning and some testicle massage.
What do you guys think? Maybe you guys can help me develop a better one
