matters of size dvd - decline wtf?

i just tried to purchase the matters fof size [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] , and once i was done putting all the info in the order sheet online it processed and then said decline wtf is that i just put money on the card so its not that . like whats the deal anyone know??

Normally there's a fifteen minute waiting period after a declined transaction.

I'd try again, verifying that all your information was indeed correct.

ya its a canadian order so with the charge and delivery the 70 i had on the card wasnt enough so i just put more on..
