Nearly 4 months since updating prog log, but I am still here. The past few months have been a whirlwind. Longer update to document this marathon journey of PE.
Position change at work and preparing for a move and relocation has put me in a PE maintenance period of time, versus consistent daily routine focusing on penis growth. I think that is ok, and for now I am happy with a couple of lower intensity pumps with
bathmate in the shower each morning, and one
Mityvac session a week.
Seem to be holding at just under 5" EG and between 7 1/4" - 7 1/2" BPEL depending on EQ. I have not been wrapping or using ADS for a couple months now, but free ball as much as I can. As the surfers out there would say, "hang loose".
Speaking on EQ, I have found a renewed focus on my overall health, specifically cardiovascular and blood health. I started this whole pursuit in PE originally with a goal of improving EQ so I could always be ready when my wife was, and physical and mental health play such an important part of this.
I continue to remain sober with no alcohol, and have began jogging a couple miles most mornings. Added in some additional supplements and food choices to focus on Nitric Oxide production, specifically beet supplements, spinach and arugula salads, etc...EQ seems to be improving with more frequent morning wood but still not achieving rock hard, so staying the course in pursuit of the hard as steel I used to be able to achieve back in my 20's...
I have been spending time in Gods word in the morning, and learning to love my wife for who she is. A renewing of mind so to speak. I am beginning to enjoy the pursuit of her again and it is amazing what happens when I thank God for her vs. asking him to change her. Full intercourse is still not as often as I would like, but enjoying what intimacy we do share and learning to focus my built up sexual tension on self improvement and not stressing it as some kind of unspoken commentary on her beliefs of who I am.
Currently trying an experiment with semen retention on a cycle of 8 days to see how that works on improving my mind, stamina and EQ. I can use edging when the pressure gets high, but trying not to blow a load more than once every 8 days. My hope with this experiment would be to improve erection strength and staying power, and learning to better control ejaculatory response so when I do get that go time with my wife, I can be more than a two minute man.
