MANDINGO STRETCH!!!!!!!!

Quick question, how long should I do the Mandingo stretch or am I suppose to do it in sets??? Thinking about doing them and then slapping on my sizegenetics for a few hours. Was ALSO thinking about doing BM stretchs (3×5) and in between sets doing the Mandingo stretch for atleast 2-5 mins.....what do you guys think?? What gains can I expect from this??

I never really count sets or timing I pretty much go for as long as I feel able. If I was using this exercise exclusively and not doing any other length work I would spent 30 minutes doing it.

Gotcha....now how can I tie this in with my BM? I see I can gain an inch in a month with the Mandingo stretch so im going to do that but would it be a good idea to do it in between BM stretches?? And then slap on the sizegenetics?? I just wanna make up for lost time since I didn't gain anything yet

I would not mix them together because they’re very different in the way they perform. With the BM always stick to the 5×5×3. With the Mandingo stretch go 15 to 20 minutes if It is the only stretcher using

that sounds perfect. And I would advise you to use the 5×5×3 when doing your BM work
 
Ok will do......LAST QUESTION do I go in flaccid or erect?? I only want to focus on length for now

The Mandingo stretch you do flaccid. The 5×5×3 you start out 100% erect and then settle down to about 90% erect.

First thing first, flee from short term goals. When doing length exercises, do not measure erect length until 6 months. But you can measure flaccid stretched length every 30 days. The Mandingo stretch is best done with a length master. You cannot do length and girth routine together. You either do your girth routine in the morning and wait for a minimum of 6 hours before doing length routine or you do your length routine right after which, you proceed to doing your girth routine.
