How's it going, guys? I'm not new to PE, I've been doing it on and off since 2021.
I was figuring that I would get back on the ball again and start putting in the work on the gains. Seems the site has gone through a consolidation, and my original thread is gone. That's fine, not a big deal. Means I can start from scratch.

My goal is to reach a solid 9.0in NBPEL. I found some of my old notes from various times I took measurements during my journey:
Here they are:

1/30/2020

Didn't take great notes as far as the flaccid measurements. ::a second facepalm::

This is where I realized I had made some gains that stuck. I was pretty pleased w/ myself.

Today I'm starting a new since the old progress thread is dead. I was MIA, anyway. I got busy started going to school for a few certifications and couldn't keep up with the log. Looking at this today, my notes were all over the place anyway as far as my measurements are, so I'm going to take completely new ones, and begin anew. I already have my routine in check. My birthday is in December, so I told myself that I would focus on Length work only the entire month, at least one length work out a day, and I would wear my sleeves in between workouts. I'm 9 days in with this, and I'm feeling good about how consistent I've been. I again forgot to take measurements when I started, but I'll take some today with some good notes, and start like I'm going day from day one.

The next post I make will have current stats/pictures and I'll take much more consistent measurements this time. lol. Promise.


Good luck on your journey's fellas. I'm looking at mine. and I gained .75' in length and a .5' in in girth with the inconsistent work that I did w/ significant time off over the last few years. The stuff does work. But it takes a lot of effort and you have to be consistent and thorough if you want those gains, guys.
I'm gonna go take some measurements and work and set up my next post.
