Major help please guys

basically ive been pe'ing for about 6months. and well before i cud masterbate all day and feel good.

but these last few weeks. ive gained well. and now everytime i masterbate i get a real bad head ache. (migrane)

what is this guys. im not big im about 7.2 x 5.0 but i started at 6.0 x 4.5 could this be the more blood flow to my penis and not my brain have anything to do with these?

just wen i start to masterbate within a min my head starts to hurt help guys thanx

Most headaches from what I understand are caused by either vasoconstriction or vasodilation. Major contributing factors are often stress and/or diet.

What supplements are you taking?? L-arginine can cause some major headaches with me, especially if I od on efa's. Ginseng can also trigger headaches.

all i take is a multvitamin in the morning. and omega3 tablets. and thats it. i drink olive oil for my omega 3,6,9 and supplemtn with whey.

i dont take anything else. so i duno wat the prob is?

How about anything new in your food diet. There are many food triggers for headaches. Chocolate/cocoa, redwine, cheese, chicken, msg additives. I recently related chicken to my migraines. Removing caffeine from your diet if you have been a chronic caffeine user can cause insane headaches as caffeine is a powerful vasoconstricor.

Also non dietary triggers. Chemicals in your enviroment that are being absorbed through your skin and especially inhaled. Perfumes and colognes are such a contributing factor that many places are starting to ban them.

Getting an erection somehow causes cerebral blood pressure to go up causing the headache but it's not just an effect of the erection, it is a symptom of something else out of 'synch in your body.

Do you also get these when you lift weights? If so its an exertion headache and usually due to dehydration. Ive had these, nothing to worry about, they go away and go away faster if you drink alot of water.
