(@DLD), I dont know if this is the correct forum to post this, so please move it to the correct forum and/or its own NEW FORUM due to the fact that this is a newly introduced non-evasive Erectile Dysfunction (ED) device, treatment to the medical industry and now to our MOS community for discussion.

Low Intensity Shockwave Therapy (LiSWT) is a non-invasive and non-surgical treatment that helps to improve blood flow in the penis for overall better erection strength and quality. This same technology can be considered with certain Peyronie's symptoms as well, most specifically, pain related complaints.

Has anyone tried LiSWT yet - I have purchased my own device( SW18 Shockwave Therapy Machine Muscle Pain Relief Massager ED with Carrying Case | eBay) from eBay and have been using it since March 2022 to current. There are many other very expensive devices (Phoenix, Gainswave) and medical treatments out there, but my eBay LiSWT device does the same thing and have increased my erections harder and stronger, more vascularity and seems to add a lil' additional length.

Please google this new device and procedure and comment, update us on your findings.

If you claim fast growth on other websites, there is always someone that think you're lying to them, or that you are trying to sell something.

But the fact is that you are only trying to show them the truth. For example: 0.5 Inch Erected Girth growth, is highly possible within 1 year with SRT, but for some reason they did not believe me at all. It can even be done faster as you all know.

They instead tried to grow with clamping, trying to show them a different path did not work.

Exactly! If you look at all the penis enhancement products, they always display the upper middle and highest/largest growth potential. They don't show the median point (middle ground) or the lowest growth potential where most of users tend to be at. It's sale's tactics.

Yep. At MOS, we encouraged the logs to demonstrate there are growth based on empirical evidences from logs and gain progressions. Most, they don't even provide clinical evidence unless there's a court case that force them to provide evidences. Even then, the evidences were spotty and incomplete.

Clamping is indeed very deadly. I used clamping as well, but there are a whole world of clamping, safe vs unsafe, properly vs desperate. The clamping is actually based on medical devices that oversized and went on steroid-mode. I used to work with those medical devices that were considered clamping, but in very safe hospital environment. I used modified clamping versions as well in the early years of PE evolution, but I modified my according to the hospital safety standards. Gains were very, very, very slow.

Same with me. The boyfriends that hang around their girlfriends in my neighborhood thought I was introducing MOS as a sale page. I told them about the brotherhood here, and the available products the site has to help the brotherhood to gain. The girlfriends had those weird glances and stares at me, and then scrutinized what I told their boyfriends. The boyfriends were happy to hear what MOS is doing, but hesistated because the time and costs behind the PE. The girlfriends asked me for proofs, and I shown them the photos, my routines with my strapped my ADS on when we talked, and the girlfriends had their lips licked with high expectations out of the boyfriends. I chuckled.

When I sneek and gathering data on other PE sites it feels like I go back like 10 years in penis enlargement development.
I'm not mean or anything, I'm just trying to spread the world about penis enlargement in an objective way (even on R3dd1t), no promotion at all. I just try to see if people are open for other perspectives. In most cases they are not.

But we keep trying to spread the word.
It amazes me that penis enlargement is not more mainstream then it is. But maybe in the future.

If you've been around PE as long asi is have - you will see that many companies, businesses, people, PE websites state that their items are the best and no one else's work - which i found by spending thousands of dollars on items, products, equipment that works and also products that are just bullshit.

I researched LOW INTENSITY SHOCKWAVE treatment and sooo I purchased my first LOW INTENSITY SHOCKWAVE unit from eBay and used it for approximately 6 months. I had some results such as more vascularuty, thicker more defined and harder erections and redness which seemed to be another tool in my PE toolbox. I then felt I didnt get enough results from the eBay unit soo I broke down and purchased the BIG BIX COMPANYS unit - "THE PHOENIX" which was very expensive(and as waste of alotta money), where as it seemed to give the same aforementioned results for 3 times the money and from my experience with such products (which alotta these forums, companies, businesses that push their products to be the best) - DONT BELIEVE THEM !! "IF ITS TOO GOD TO BE TRUE, IT USUALLY IS" - and I won't argue with their planted fake people that testify that their more expensive item(s) are the best and work. Sooo not always the more expensive item is the best, works and/or works better.

This is valuable data. Using radial bursts and not focused bursts have always been a major discussion when it comes to tissue breakdown. It's the same discussion for expensive higher powered red light therapy lights vs very inexpensive red light therapy lights that require direct surface contact. In this arena, we have plenty of data for the high powered and expensive RLT, which is a no trainer. The higher powered versions win hands down.

As for the radial vs focused LIST, the focused version in the clinics are still the reigning champion when it comes to tissue breakdown. The costs for the focused sessions are no joke.
