Lost suction

I know there is a thread on this but, it appears my medium sleeve is whats causing the issue with regards to suction. I will pump then as soon as I pull ever so slightly the suction is lost immediately. Do we get free replacements from them?

Send them a message with your complaint and they will take care of you as long as it was purchased here.
