Guys i always hear that some people have lost their gains when they stopped the PE
So what are the reasons about this
I lost about half of my gains so about one inch after getting into a tough part of my life, where i was smoking and drinking quite a lot. Ironically a think i lost more after I stopped it all and started to be healthier again. Problem was I wasnt doing PE when I was recovering. Like @DLD said, maintenance will be key and staying healthy will be super important!
