I eat once per day. I don't know if that works for you. I'm an extreme individual so maybe not do this. But I believe restricting highly processed carbohydrates, like pasta and bread can be be a good start. Also increase your meat and protein consumption.
Also only drink water, coffee, tea when you drink something. Don't drink sugary drinks, not even juice in the morning. Your blood sugar level will spike, and also it's to easy to get in to much energy into your body, when you're goal is to reduce your Visceral body fat. I don't believe in counting calories, you need a simple method. Simple food like meat, fish, potatoes, carrots...as little processed food as possible.
It's not easy...you just need to find a diffrent approach to food..DO what I do. Only look as food as energy for your body. Remove the inclination to eat food for pleasure. You get here by eating high nutritious food.
