My BPFSL it’s like 1 inch and half bigger than my BPEL,what’s the best way to close the gap? I have basically all the tools already.
I don’t have much time for manual stretching at the moment,I’m doing most of the work extending during the day and using the phallosan during the night,bathmate 3 times every week. I plan on doing jelq and s2s starting next week.

What are you doing right now for a workout?What do you think about having a loose penile ligament? Will it create more harm than good in a pe journey? I basically have a condition where all my ligaments are loose/stretchy.

I stopped thanks to my short frenulum basically ?
I was lurking in the forum since atleast 2015,I finally decided to join thanks to that thread about frenulum tying ?
I used the last months without pe to stretch my frenulum with manual stretch,an hydrocortisone cream and Phimostop, I can now use the bathmate and the other devices with no problem,in the future I will probably tie it or do a frenuloplasty considering that it’s still a little tight.
I have all the equipment except the lenghtmaster,is the routine still doable?
For the frenulum I decided to not tie anymore simply because considering the many photos I saw,the aesthetic result it’s really random,I’ll probably go to a Doctor and get my penoscrotal webbing and fordyce spot removed too.
If I extend most of the day,ads the night,and silisleeve when I’m not home, which manual stretches should I do as a complement?
Should I ditch the bathmate? Can I start hanging regularly? (I’ve only tried it a few times before)? If I start hanging should I LLLT before it? If I don’t what’s the best time for using it?before going into the extender?

Using the 5x5x3 even 3 days a week will bring good growth
This is good news for myself and many people. I used to believe that girth needs to be done daily. In the past, I noticed that, when I was pumping daily, there were some days when I don't get meaningful expansion at all no matter the pressure I used. Such days were suppose to be off days.
Just do not go less than this
That is just fineI even prefer 5 times a week. Despite the fact that 3 times a week works, I still prefer 5 times.
