Loose ligament

What do you think about having a loose penile ligament? Will it create more harm than good in a pe journey? I basically have a condition where all my ligaments are loose/stretchy.
I started doing pe seriously 1 month ago hopefully I will be able to still reach my goal ?
 
My BPFSL it’s like 1 inch and half bigger than my BPEL,what’s the best way to close the gap? I have basically all the tools already.
I don’t have much time for manual stretching at the moment,I’m doing most of the work extending during the day and using the phallosan during the night,bathmate 3 times every week. I plan on doing jelq and s2s starting next week.
 
I was thinking the same but actually I did gain nothing after 3 month of jp90 and phallosan overnight at the beginning of the year,I was probably doing something wrong,I don’t feel anything when extending or using the phallosan,maybe I should up the traction force more than normal

Take it slow, don't combine too many exercises together at one time. You might end up quitting soon. What is more important to you? Is it length or girth? I will advice you get your length goal sorted out first before focusing on girth.

To breach the gap between your flaccid and erect penis, you need to do erect stretches daily.

This means that you have lots of room to grow in it also shows that you can make great gains in ligament work. What are you doing right now for a workout?

did the jp90 last year/starting of this year with the phallosan forte as an ads stretcher during the night,I gained EQ and some flaccid length ,than i stopped for months before starting again 1 month ago with vacuum extender during the day plus PF during the night,Bathmate 3 times a week
I stopped thanks to my short frenulum basically ?

OK a couple of things, your frenulum issue can be solved by a doctor or you can do the procedure yourself. Here is the thread giving the safe and simple steps.


Looking at what you have done in the past helps we know that you may have been doing the right stuff but not in the right sequence. With what you have for equipment right now you can do the SRT routine.

Have a look through what I’ve posted above and come back with any questions you may have. Once you read through the SRT routine I can help you put a routine together that will work for you and your schedule.

I used the last months without pe to stretch my frenulum with manual stretch,an hydrocortisone cream and Phimostop, I can now use the bathmate and the other devices with no problem,in the future I will probably tie it or do a frenuloplasty considering that it’s still a little tight.
I have all the equipment except the lenghtmaster,is the routine still doable?
For the frenulum I decided to not tie anymore simply because considering the many photos I saw,the aesthetic result it’s really random,I’ll probably go to a Doctor and get my penoscrotal webbing and fordyce spot removed too.

Should I ditch the bathmate? Can I start hanging regularly? (I’ve only tried it a few times before)? If I start hanging should I LLLT before it? If I don’t what’s the best time for using it?before going into the extender?

You cannot do numerous exercises together. If it's hanging you prefer, combine it with manual exercises. If you prefer ads, combine it with manual exercises. You can do the DLD newbie routine

You have everything you need to do the full SRT work out. You can actually choose between three different workouts with what you have. Look to SRT and let me know what you think. We can work something out that works for your schedule and goals.

I’ll probably do Pe forever no long term goal at the moment,I’m 6x5,no long term goal,I want 1 inch as fast as possible ?,I don’t have alot of time for manual stretching but I can Use equipment almost all day,

Well you have everything you need to do most of the SRT routine as it is written. When your pump comes in I suggest that you institute the 5×5×3 routine for your girth work.

For length I’m thinking the newbie routine stretches in combination with your Phallosan after you have trained for the remainder of the day in a passive mode.

start a progress log in the members section. This way we can keep everything in one place as we make changes and adjustments. So please think about what I’ve said and if it seems like something you’re into let’s make a progress thread.

I'm curious to know if people gained from using the bathmate 3 times a week. I believe they should gain because girth work requires off days.
 
Using the 5x5x3 even 3 days a week will bring good growth

This is good news for myself and many people. I used to believe that girth needs to be done daily. In the past, I noticed that, when I was pumping daily, there were some days when I don't get meaningful expansion at all no matter the pressure I used. Such days were suppose to be off days.
