Been at PE for a while now and haven't been able to stick to anything consistent. What I have discovered is that I'm ok with my length and am trying to mainly increase girth. I've read that by doing certain girth exercises, you will naturally gain some length. I'm wondering if my length exercises hinder my girth progress? I've read on here that you should always train length before girth because reversed it can hinder your length progress. Does the opposite apply as well?

Currently:
EL 6.5"
BPEL 7.5"
EG 5.5"

Goal:
EG 6.5"

Obviously I've got about an inch of fat pad, which I'm working on losing. So once the weight loss helps, I'll be fine with my length. (If I grew another .5" in the process of producing girth, I certainly wouldn't mind.)

I have been using a Bathmate (I have a Max and an Extreme). The Extreme is modified with a gauge per another user's post. I was over-pumping with the Extreme and getting a lot of discoloration and broken blood vessels. I had to take a break from the 5x5x3 routine as I was pushing it too hard. I seem to get decent results from the Max as well with 3 min pumping and 1 min SSJ in between each set. I always use a DuroRing after pumping, keeping on for 10 min, then performing 1 min of SSJ before putting the ring back on for another 10 minutes. I will repeat this as long as I can maintain engorgement with the ring on (minimum of 3x10 min sessions). I can usually do this at least 5 days a week.

I also have the SiliStretcher and the Sizedoctor which I use to simply stretch out the "inner" penis for a longer flaccid look. I'm not sure if this is hindering my girth progress though. I try daily to do 5min bundle stretches, followed by hanging with 3.75 lbs for 30 min and then cementing in the Sizedoctor. I can usually only do this 2-3 times a week.

So my question is, if I commit to a daily schedule, what is the best way to maximize my girth progress? Should I continue with the length training for FL if my overall goal is EG? Hoping some of you experienced brothers can point me in the right direction.

0.5in is nothing. You can achieve that easily and even more in 6 months period as you're only chasing after girth. Sicne you're satisfied with length, we'll focus on with girth. Girth is quite simple, and it's much easier to achieve than length.

Yep. This is way too much, too hard, and not strategic at all. It's pure brute-forcing. Let's start fresh. Let's use this as an initial starter for the Routine and Progress for yourself, as you've provided good restarting info. Let's add a few more things into the mix before a good routine can be restarted.

First, let's have you take break from the PE routine first to allow the tissues to reset. 2 weeks will be good. Why? You've stressed the tissues through brute-forcing approach. The tissues will fight back harder than you can imagine.

Second, let's find a method where you can stress your lateral tissues more effectively. Do not get rid of your extender and ADS. Keep them maintained and stow them away properly. You will return to them. This I can guarantee you. If you can find a tool like the Length Master for usage to break tissues through bundled warm up, get one. Otherwise, think about investing in the Length Master. You can attempt through manual hand twisting, but you will not be able to break the tissues laterally in an efficient manner. We've all tried, and we all fall short.

Should I continue with the length training for FL if my overall goal is EG?
Nope. FL is a result of both length and girth workout. FL is an extra benefit through pure prolong elongation method using extender and ADS.

You will get all the help you need. Let's start off right. Something to think about along the way as you provide more info.
  • Age: you don't have to provide a specific number, but you can provide us an age range if you like, in incrementation of 5 years. Age range allows us to predict your recovery and growth conditions.
  • Medical conditions: if you or your family have historical medical conditions, let us know. Every little thing helps to formulate a plan of attack. We can come up with a light routine to ease in and increase according to going from easing in and attack with everything you have. Since you suffer through a few bouts of blisters and pumping edemas, there may not be any problem at the surface. Anything hidden may surface out of the blue. We already have a few cases we're handling now.
  • Medication: if you're taking anything, be over the counter or prescription, let us know.
  • Supplments: if you're taking any kind of supplements, do let us know. Evaluation on the supplement to match your needs is essential.
  • Emotion/psychological well-being: most people don't understand that emotional/psychological stresses can slow and hinder your growth. Let us know if you're going through anything.
  • Physical fitness: Are you doing any physical workout routines? This provides us the level of your body recovery rate and stress loading on top of PE.

  • Anti-depressant meds (wellbutrin), Testosterone replacement therapy (injections - .5 cc every 10 days

  • I lift 3 days a week and get at least 10,000 steps per day. Working on diet to aid in weight loss to get rid of the fat pad.

Got it. As a pretext for your routines, we all have to be mindful on the following:
  • Age: you're good with cellular regeneration factor.
  • High cholesterol: plagues can dislodge at any time, creating flow flow issues.
    • Medication: statins. Low dose means around 10mg? 20mg? Using statins, in some cases, do reduce the amount of cellular regeneration capacity. In some rare case, cellular degeneration, which also effects liver conditions.
  • Psychological/emotion: since you're taking Wellburtin, I'm suspecting around 75mg dose per day? We're placing a high alerts on fluctuation on blood pressures which may results in erectile quality, muscle tissue tenderness, and sudden interaction between medication and supplements that you may be taking.
  • Medical treatment, TRT (testosterone replacement therapy): you're using 0.5cc every 10 days, with free testosterone possibly fluctuating like a bad hair day. This will flag a major issue with erection issues during pumping and slow squash jelqs. We'll find alternative methods.
  • Physical conditions: you are bringing up and sustaining your endurance. This is a great thing. With dietary plan in play to lose fat, you're good to go.
Remember that our brother @huge-girth is the resident personal coach if you need him to be on you constantly. We will provide general knowledge as the brotherhood should.

Let's start you out by easing you back in using newbie routine. Use the newbie routine as a warmup time for your tissues. But do go a bit harder on the newbie routine to stretch that lateral tissue matrix a bit more. Bundle the exercises with the twisting, or bundled exercises as we called it. Make sure to twist the penis in one direction until you can't do it any further. Make a note of how many turn (degrees) before it stops in one direction. Slow from there, pull or tug your penis downwards until you feel that dull achy stretch from the base of the glans to the very base of th penis, or even lower. Hold in the pull for at least 60 seconds. Switch direction and do the same in the opposite direction.

Total exercises: 5 exercises of your choice, be newbie or elevated routines. Total time under stretching, 10 minutes.

Pumping: we will use the 5x5x3 method, but tweaking it. However, you will need to log your pressures according to your exercises, including observational data. Do not skim on this.
  • When using the Bathmate, make sure you are fully erected. This is a MUST. There is no way around it.
  • You have to test your current pressure inside the Bathmate that you feel comfortable, a level just before the expansion feeling on your entire penis. This is your starting low pressure. Record this. It can be as low as -3inHg, or at starting point of -5inHg, or even going up to -6inHg.
  • You have to test for your current moderate pressure, which is the pressure you start to feel the penis is expanding.
  • If you're brave enough, you can measure the high pressure, which your penis feels expanded, but at the same time, it feels comfortable without that prickly initial pain. Any pain in pumping is the worst thing to have. Only a dull achy expansion feeling that is comfortable.
  • Record this as your starting point here.
Routine:

First set:
  • We'll switch from pumping first to 7 minutes SSJ first. During the SSJ, you should only perform SSJ double-OK grips at the base of the penis, only enough pressure at the moderate pressure you feel inside the Bathmate, while pulling both grips from the base of the penis to the base of the glans as you stroke downwards. You may need a bit of lubrication for comforts. Coconut oil is a good medium.
  • Then follow by 3 minute of pumping starting from your low pressure: 1 minutes at low pressure, slowly creep up to moderate pressure for 1 minute, and slowly release pressure back to low pressure for 1 minute.
Second set:
  • Another 7 minutes of SSJ just like the first set.
  • Then follow by 3 minute of pumping: 1 minutes at moderate pressure, and 2 minutes of alternating between 30 seconds at high pressure and 30 seconds at moderate pressure. Make sure creep up the pressure, and slowly release the pressure.
Third set:
  • Another 7 minutes of SSJ just like the first set.
  • Then follow by 3 minute of pumping: 2 minutes at moderate pressure, 30 seconds at high pressure and 30 seconds at low pressure. Make sure creep up the pressure, and slowly release the pressure.
Perform post pumping routine like you've done so for 60 minutes. Make sure not to keep the blood stagnant inside the penis past 5 minutes. This is for your own good. Squeeze the blood out after 5 minutes, and get new blood in, while wearing the DuroRing.

You can wear a sleeve or use extender/ADS to keep the penile lengthened if you like. This allows the cell structures to restore and repair in a newer extended and expanded state while promoting blood flow. Traction force should not exceed 800g.
