Long time lurker starting finally

I have been lurking for a very long time and I think my longest commited PE was for about 2 weeks. I need to do something about my body and dick so today is the day I will start. Especially with all this lockdown mess. From the lurking and research I have done, today I started Bathmate Hydro 7 s2s stretches, 6 sets of 50 reps. Once I get home from work I think I will do some dry jelqs. Thinking around 3 sets of 100.



my measurements are not exact yet so when I get a proper ruler I will update. But I am around 6” NBPEL.

welcome to the forum my friend! There are two places you should start first look through the newbie routine and then look through the SRT routine. Between these two routines you should be able to put together a very good workout. Put something together, a rough idea of what you wanna do and when you post that we can critique it for you.

If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
