not sure if Im just different or what, but when I do manual stretches I feel the lig only on my left side of pelvic bone. If I feel for my lig that is where it attaches is more on the left side. I only feel this when I do btc or dld behind cheek rotary type of stretches. So when I stretch to the left I have no lig stretching but the right burns like crazy. Is that normal?
