You can absolutely do the newbie routine with the
LM. I do, many many others do as well. You can use the
LM for
hanging, it's a compression
hanger, still one of the most comfortable compression hangers there is.
As for a routine, you can do both manual stretches with the
LM and
hanging. You can just do manual with
LM and also get fantastic results. I use both, with the
LM, manual and
hanging. Again, it's the best tool for length used for everything. It is a compression
hanger though, so it's pros and cons compared to a vacuum. But absolutely, you can start off with the newbie routine using the
LM. Then go from there, as time progresses up the ante, then start using the newbie retain and
hanging. Nothing stopping you
