@Alparslan34 I just want to say to you, that you can gain length with only using your hands. Start to do the Phase 1 in the DVD and increase the intensity as you go. In the beginning it's hard to pull hard...but it will be easier with time.

What I mentioned above is not about exercise.
When my penis gets hard, it gets hard like a stone, I can't stretch it left and right.
I have contractions when I try to download downwards
