I was looking for feedback on a routine ive been doing. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
I start out 10 minute warmup rice sock.
Then 20 minutes bundled 1 complete 360.
Straight up. Straight down.
Reversing bundled direction, every 5 minutes.
Remove LM. 5-10 minutes rest.
Then it is another 20 minutes bundled straight up and down.
Reversing bundled direction every 5 mins.
Remove LM. Rest.
Then 20 more minutes not bundled.
Straight up and down and straight out.
Warm down. Going into sg or Phallosan depending on what I got going on.
At night 5x5x3 with Bathmate.
How does this routine sound? And the next day its the same routine. But the bundles are left, straight out, right.
