Length Master Stretching Intensity

How can I tell if Im stretching “hard” enough or with enough intensity, the pressure on my glands feels too much when I pull hard. Are there places I should be feeling the stretch to know that I’m using enough force for the sessions to be good, or any suggestions on different placement on the shaft to prevent excess pressure on/in the glands?

Describe for me your procedure for wrapping and the clamp-down in the chamber, and I will do my best to help. You will always feel pressure on your glans, but with time the uncomfortable feeling will subside.

I wrap with a comfort bandage probably about 20 or so layers, I clamp down about 1cm away from the glans, due to my being uncut I always seem to get a small amount of slip due to foreskin (I’ve tried many ways and always seem to have this issue) I just always seem to feel more pressure in my glans then I do a stretch in my shaft

Have you tried this?

Your wrap sounds painful to me. You need THERABAND.

Master stretching intensity is determined by a number of factors, including a person’s individual flexibility, the type of stretching they are doing, and the desired outcome. Generally, a higher intensity stretching program is considered one that includes both static and dynamic stretches and focuses on improving range of motion, flexibility, and mobility. However, for those just starting out, it may be best to begin with a low-intensity stretching program.

I go by feel. I know that the stretches won't be comfortable. I just stretch with enough intensity and as I stretch, I make sure I don't pull to the point of pain.

I don't agree fully that you should start/begin with a low-intensity stretching program. I believe you need to start cerefully with high intensity, but you need to increase the intensity constantly as you progress.
