Length gains (low intensity vs high intensity)

The Next Big Thing

I am very curious about which one of these two works best or actually is the right way to gain length?
Many people are advocates for high intensity, all the hangers and hardcore stretchers. Also DLD says to always stretch as hard as you can.
But then there are people who advocate for lower intensity and say that the higher intensity/tension can only make the ligaments stronger (used to the tension) and that way even harder to elongate. I also read this thread here on the UltraSound therapy which also advocates super light intensity.

So I am a bit confused now which one is the way to gain length.

Honestly, they both work. It's not what you would like to read but this is my experience.

For newcomers try it with least intensity to build into it first. The whole thing has gone so complicated these past years it's stupid.

You know I made my first gains doing just wet jelqs, not complicated but I used a good hard-on for it.

Now I think men try too much, mix too many methods, lots conflicting opinions and it's allot of confusion.

Honestly, try just basic stretches by hand from the newbies routine and you will gain well. In time as you reach sticking points or focus on particular areas things should change.

I recall some guys on here years ago about some heat device and using with low intensity with medical studies in human tissue to support growth etc etc but end if the day I didn't see any follow up proof of that method being anyway more effective than using your hands, or hanging weights ..... Which brings us to personal choice based on many variables, with the more science medical mind's opting for such, fair enough, those who has more time like DLD back in the day would pack allot of work in, then guys who had little time needed to make it intense enough but short to stimulate something.

They all work, sometimes they work better for some at different parts of his journey. It's like in some ways to weight training. HVT or high volume training works and so does HIT the high intensity training but not everyone agrees with each, it's same in PE, finding the piece of the puzzle that works for you and not getting side tracked.

Your routine is very personal and should be made custom to your schedule, your equipment and the amount of privacy you have. Your best bet is to put together a solid length routine that will cover every area of concern and growth. I suggest you read through SRT and the Newbie Routine and come back to me with any questions, From there I can help you put a routine together

I will say, stretch as much as your body can take. Start slow as a newbie and over time ( 1 month) build up intensity. Even as a veteran, I take it slow for the first 5mins.
