I recently noticed that I have this ugly looking foreskin vein. It's been there since my childhood I believe, but I thought it was normal and never really paid attention to it. It's visible when I pull my foreskin back in the upper right area, just below the head. It's not as visible when I'm hard, but it's still there. I'm really worried because of this. I'm afraid that it may get irritated easily when I start doing PE exercises and possibly cause injury or something like that. That would be horrible! I started masturbating at a very young age and my libido was always super-high, there were several times in the past when I overdid it. I'm 22 years old and still a virgin. I really have no idea what caused it and when it appeared, I don't remember, but now I'm really worried about my health. I'm I allowed to attach pictures?
I have more questions, but let's just deal with this one first.

The worst thing that could happen is you would cause thrombosis which to be healed rather easily. I say give it a go and keep an eye on the vain and if things start to Become inflammatory you can back off or use a different method. I understand your fear and you should definitely be cautious so take it slow and keep an eye on that become inflammatory you can back off or use a different method. You can attach pictures. Doesn't sound like a big threat but if it bothersome, it's best to see a doctor. (Trust me, you'll get used to taking your pants off. ;) ) There are remedies for thrombosed vein. (Eroset's Vein Oil ...)
And if you don't see it when you're hard, don't worry about it, regarding sex that is.

A good time to join, as you mentioned you're 22. Don't postpone losing your virginity for too long but be sure of the partner you're going to do that. Let things happen "naturally", don't force yourself into a situation you're not comfortable with!
Considering your starting size you're good to go! Don't think that you would need to be this and that to enjoy sex as it's more than just penetration and the size of your penis.

Honestly, I'm so glad I found you guys. I'm really surprised how helpful and friendly all of you are. This place is simply awesome! I didn't know I'll have the legend himself, @DLD , answer my questions. It's an honor!

I'm not the most attractive guy around, but I'd say I'm pretty good. I've had a lot of opportunities to have sex, but I simply didn't. It's not a problem for me to get a girl, not at all. I'm pretty happy with myself and my size is my only insecurity. I've been called small in the past and that really messed me up. Also, I'd say I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so I can't accept that I'm just average at best.

I'm studying electrical engineering and that takes A LOT of my time, up to 12 hours a day including classes and everything. I live with my parents, so I don't have a lot of privacy. Like I previously said, I'd like to go from 7.2BPEL x 5.7 EG to 10BPEL x 7.1EG. If I'm lucky enough and have good genetics for PE, I should be able to get there in 5, 10 or 15 years, right? Anything bigger than what I already have is certainly better, but this is the dream. I believe it's possible and I'm willing to work for it.
But what's the best way to approach this situation and make those gains? I could do like an hour of PE a day at the absolute maximum (for now). That should be enough in the beginning, but what do I do later when I get more advanced. Trust me, I really wish I had 5 hours to commit to PE, but at the moment I don't.
What are your thoughts and what should I do?

Perfectionist! I was, at a time. It takes effort to learn away from that way. In my mind I try to fade away the word "perfection" and think that there's always a step forward. This keeps the momemtum going on, for me at least.

Studying comes first, getting your life set "right", career and financial wise is smart. But one can implement PE to everyday life. It can be just some Kegels and Testicle Health Massage at certain days to keep the blood flow optimal.
In one hour it's possible to do quite a lot, from my point of view. The more time you can invest, the better. But pay mind to active and passive training. You could do a heavy set and then what? If you don't heal while elongated, your gaining rate will be slower. But I am glad you're thinking about this on a longer time span, that is a very good sign!

Anyway, I'm not great at making routine plans, but do check the newbie routine and SRT. You can combine things but remember to take it "slow" in the beginning. You can always add intensity later on. (I'm sure another Brother can help with a good routine plan, that's how it is here at MoS. :) )

Regarding your pictures, the vein does seem a bit "swollen". For safety I'd visit a doctor and get a professional opinion. Could be nothing.

It can be beneficial for other uses as well, not just for thrombosis. Essential oils can be very powerful, so measuring and diluting is important. In the recipe Virgin Olive Oil is used, but it could be substituted with Grape Seed Oil, jojoba ... One could be so bold and use Black Seed Oil as the base oil. I personally like Grape seed oil.

Anyhow, get to work with strething for starters! We are here to cheer you on.

You are right, my career is the most important thing for me now and that comes first, of course. I'll slowly start doing some kegels and those massages you mentioned. In about 2 months, as soon as this semester ends, I'm going to visit a doctor and see what they have to say about the vein. I just pray to God that I don't have to get some kind of surgery or something like that. Even though it would be better if this vein wasn't visible, I don't want scars on my unit either. I'm not big, but I've been told many times that I have a beautiful penis. No girl has ever seen it in person, but I've sent A LOT of pictures. When you're a crazy, horny teenager, you tend to do all kinds of crazy stuff, lol.

I intend to start my journey this summer, since I'll have a 3 month break from college and more time on my hands.
If everything goes according to plan and I hit 7.5NBPEL, I'll start having sex, but I'll shoot for my dream size. I'm not giving up until I get there. "If there's a will, there's a way." That one's stuck in my mind.

Right now my NBPEL is somewhere between 6 and 6.7. I have some fat I need to lose, but I also feel like my EQ could be better, so...there's definitely room for improvement.

Well, this is all I had to say at the moment. I still don't know for sure how things work around here. If you feel like that would be the right thing to do, then do it, but I'm done for now.

Guys, how about this...I start this summer, build a solid foundation and slowly work my way up during those 3 months? After that, when the next semester comes, I'll keep my sessions around 1 hour and do what I can. If I really dedicate myself to this, eliminate all the time wasting activities, I believe I will have 1 hour for PE every day. That should be enough for maintenance workouts at least, right? I mean, I could wait and come back to all of this in a few years, but...I'm afraid that if I keep waiting for that perfect time, perfect moment to start, it may never happen. I need a bigger penis now while I'm still young. I mean, I'll need it all my life, but once the twenties are over, it will be a whole different thing. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.

So, what do you think? What would be better? I need your opinion, please...
 
I agree with you, dont overthink it, just do it. When you get more time, you can include more, and dont think that because your doing "little" that its ineffective, one can do too much as well.
