for the last month and a half i have been looking to cut up more and get my fat pad down. i am 5'9" and was 190lbs. i also practice and am a kung fu teacher. i found the right mix for me of my ma training to cut up without losing muscle. but better than that, i am losing the fat pad (it is much thinner which helps my unit's appearance)!!!! right now i am at about 177lbs and the 6 pack is back baby rofl of course i also watched my diet but i know that my kung fu training was a big help to tighten up and not sacrifice a bunch of muscle.
